We couldn't be happier with the service provided by everyone at Moore Quality Air. Great experience from start to finish. We had our water heater replaced, had an unused water softener removed, and needed a leaking shower valve repaired. Joe initially came out to look at the job and provide an estimate. He was extremely detailed on exactly what the job would entail and what to expect. It was an easy decision to decide to go with Moore. Julian, Jorge, and Lawrence came out to complete the job, arriving right on time. They kept us updated throughout the process, and went above and beyond fixing a couple of small issues they noticed were out of code with our furnace gas line and venting. The end results exceeded our expectations, and there is no question that we will be using Moore for all future projects.

We are thrilled with the job that Julian, Lawrance, and Jorge did installing our new HVAC system. They were meticulous in every aspect of the job. They were all very respectful of our wishes and did a great job of doing everything necessary to complete a thorough, top notch job. We would highly recommend them to everybody. It was a pleasure doing business with a company that you can talk to, that took the time to explain everything, and answer all of our questions. It's hard to find a trustworthy company and we would use them again without hesitation!

They were perfectionists! As is typical, they encountered obstacles, but did whatever was necessary to overcome these obstacles and complete the job. Quality Air saved the day – again. My water heater quit (completely) yesterday so I called them ASAP! Jonathan got me scheduled for first thing this morning for a new water heater installation. Jorge and Lawrence arrived before 9am and were gone before 11am – very efficient and knowledgeable at their jobs. They answered my questions and showed me how to drain my new water heater. They were respectful of property and did good work. Moore Quality Air has installed my furnace and my water heater – they are the ones to call. They offer a 5% military discount that saved me over $100 today. Many thanks, Jorge and Lawrence, for your expertise. Moore Quality Air is definitely a 5-star company.

YES! Moore Quality Air does it again. I love these guys and don’t bother to shop around anymore since I KNOW they’re going to do a grade A job (they always do). Today, Jorge and Julian came out to upgrade my swamp cooler to central air. Jorge and Julian showed up at 9am (always punctual) and left at 3:45pm. They worked all the way through and did a great job on the installation! These are the two you want working on your central heart/air (or swamp cooler). Moore Quality Air does it all!

If you’re new to New Mexico and on the fence about getting central air installed, I have two words for ya: Monsoon Season. Jorge explained monsoon season to me and that’s all I needed to hear to make up my mind. Swamp coolers do work (typically -10° from the outside temperature), but when monsoon season hits, all swamp coolers will do is circulate damp, muggy air. Sounds great, huh? Central air is the way to go and Moore Quality Air will definitely do it for you – they’re the ones you want to call... and ask for Jorge and Julian.

Those two are thorough! They explained my new system to system to me – how to keep it running like new, and patiently answered all of my redundant questions. Thanks, guys (muuuch appreciated)!

Moore Quality Air hooked me up today! My new central air system is now up and running just in time for summer.

Today Julian came out and installed a new thermostat for me - good guy! I had an old thermostat and it looked terrible (from the 90s) on my wall. Julian switched it out for me - relocated it to a better location and installed it dead-center (I have OCD) in its new location. I had NO clue how to install my new Honeywell smart thermostat so Moore Quality Air came out and saved the day! Julian was in and out, respectful, pleasant, and (knew what he was doing) did a great job - I have heat now! YEAH! Thanks, Julian!

Moore Quality Air is good to go! Real quick, they also offer veteran discounts (thanks, guys). Today, Lawrence came out to service my heating unit. This is a new house (to me) and it has an older heating/air system that I am not familiar with, but Lawrence with Moore Quality Air was and 20-minutes later, I could finally feel the heat circulating through my house (finally)! Thanks, Lawrence! I'm glad I called these guys - they're responsive, on time, and do quality work for a more than fair price. I'll be calling them again once the weather starts getting nicer. Thanks for coming out today, Lawrence. Don't forget to ask about their Silver Plan Membership when you call. Grade A work, guys - I appreciate it.

Moore Quality Air is an outstanding company that I have been personally doing business with in the last three years. I had a new heating system installed today and Jorge, Julian, and Lawrence did an excellent job and were very professional! Every time I have done business with Moore Quality Air they have been very professional! when they say they are going be at your house-they are on time and are very efficient! there word is like gold and they are very knowledgeable about there product!
