We had Moore Quality Air to replace our refrigerated air ac because Anthony has been great work with. He explained how things work in details. He is also friendly and answered all our questions and our cat likes him a lot. On the installation day, Manny, George, and Julian are prompt and friendly. They are approachable. Competed our installation in a good time. Responded to our concerns cordially and took care of them in a timely manner.

What a great company to work with! Our heater went out, and Anthony came by same day to take a look. We had a new furnace installed same day as well! It was refreshing dealing with someone who did not try to up sell us to buy a more expensive unit that we didn't need. Manny and George did a great job putting it in. They were very professional, fast and easy to work with. We will definitely use them when we need to replace our swamp cooler and water heater next year. Thanks for all your help and keeping us warm, guys!

Moore Quality Air has great customer service from the person that answered the phone (don't remember his name) Joe, Julian, Jorge and Lawrence came out and installed a new heater, and were very professional & knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business.

Our first installation of a central AC unit was with Moore about 4 years ago and their overall product, service and advice was outstanding so I came back a second time on 5-26-20. You MIGHT find a lower price from the big guys but you won't get the quality service, product and support you'll get from our local (NM) guys at Moore. Anthony Hughes (co-owner) got us set up with a rooftop LG mini-split AC/Heating unit that was installed and operating beautifully. It cools our 2 west facing bedrooms very quickly and efficiently and doesn't require ugly ducting that you see with central air units. His installers, Julian and George did outstanding work. Thorough, professional, neat, respectful, patient and engaging. They're the best by far and I'd not hesitate in recommending Moore to anyone!!

Anthony is a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable. He gave various options for heating and cooling. Anthony was fair with his price and brought the highest quality and attention to detail to the job. We have wall furnaces that needed attention. One needed be replaced while the other he admitted could continue to operate if serviced alone. The team also replaced our gas line through out the house that needed to be uniform or consistent in size and were in code violation. We also had a brand new evaporative cooler and full electrical overhaul on a house built in the 50s. For a job that was not so small, this team led by Anthony made short work of it and was done in no time at all. Thanks for making us feel at ease and confident with who we selected. No buyers remorse whatsoever.

Our Air Conditioner stopped working just as the Memorial Day weekend began - hottest day of the year! Lawrence Barela installed a new fan and 2 new fuses and saved the day! Thank you, Lawrence for being so helpful, professional and knowledgeable!

Moore Quality Air did a great job for my family and I. The install team was polite and worked tirelessly to complete the work as quickly as they could. They installed a new refrigerated air, new furnace, upgraded our electrical panel and brought our water heater up to code.

Moore quality air did a great job. Requested them to do a tune up on furnace. They were prompt and on time. Blower motor needed a good cleaning they addressed the situation and price was reasonable.
