Jason just installed an Ecobee thermostat in my home. He walked me though everything related to this new thermostat. Jason was professional, respectful and knows what he is doing. MCS installed my AC/Heating system a few years ago and it has been perfect. They also are very responsive to any of my needs related to this system. Jason I thank you for the great job you did today.

A few years ago I went through MCS to replace my swamp cooling and old heating system with a new HVAC system. We had a couple of issues with the pressure of the coolant staying in, but they came out 3.5 years after the install today and fixed it. Jose and Luis were extremely friendly, professional and quickly discovered a valve had a bad gasket. They replaced it and kept me informed the whole time of what they were looking at and discovered. I also didn't get screwed in charges because they covered the full issue under warranty. Great Job MCS!

I was in the market for a new water heater and was put in touch with the good folks at MCS. Scheduling was a breeze. Robert Trevino came to the house for the install. Easy going, good attitude and educated me throughout the process. The end result is a fantastic looking set up. Very happy customer!

MCS installed a water heater in my home through Home Depot. Although there was a bit of confusion initially (no big deal, confirmation text mistakenly sent to the wrong number), and a bit of a delay in arriving for the scheduled install (understandable--it's not always possible to predict exactly how long a project scheduled before yours will take), once the guys (Emmanuel and Kenneth) arrived they did a great job. They were efficient, thorough, courteous, and capable, and the electrician who followed (Alex) was also solid. All in all, I was pleased with the experience.

Miguel, Daniel and Proston did very good job. They installed the new swamp cooler for me. Miguel is very professional and patient; he answered my questions and explained very well. He turned off my heater; it was extra work. I am very happy customer. Thank you Miguel, Daniel and Proston!

I used MCS for my furnace installation and I have the upmost appreciation and respect for everyone that was involved. I spoke with Brittany in the office when I had a carbon monoxide alarm going off in my home, she was beyond helpful in securing someone to come out right away to check my levels and then assisted me in getting a new furnace installed ASAP!!! Brittany and her team (Luis T & Jose) were on time, helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease during what could have been a very stressful time. I’m so thankful for each of them and everyone on their team! I would highly recommend working with MCS in Albuquerque as they went above and beyond!!! Thank you again to everyone that is a part of this team and especially Brittany!

We had a new furnace and AC installed.
Curtis,the salesman, was very professional and knowledgeable.
Any question we had he was able to answer.
The gentlemen that installed the furnace and AC were also very professional. They helped us set up the thermostat with Alexia.
They removed our old swap coolers disposed of them and the old furnace. They put cloth down on the floor to ensure our floors would not be damaged and left the work area clean. We were very happy with our experience dealing with this company.

Joseph Cardenas has been the person sent to my home on numerous occasions- he always goes above and beyond. He just doesn’t come and do the repair- he shares the rationale. He tells you what is necessary and what can wait. He also gives forewarning to avoid the same issues. He is kind, and provides excellent service with a smile! Thank you Joseph!

Overall the company is great. From the person who I made the appointment with to Joseph Cardenas who serviced my a/c. He’s friendly and efficient. He didn’t take very long. I also like when I get a call letting me know Joseph was on his way. Thank you
