The worst HVAC company I have ever dealt with. Super unprofessional, rude, and spiteful. I was close to getting a lawyer involved. I hired them to install a new furnace and AC unit to replace the older furnace and swamp cooler. After install we turned on the system to find it was extremely loud. It sounded like a jet engine firing up! They came back and said that the return duct was smaller than they thought and this system wouldn't work and we now have to reduct the entire house for a much higher price. I said no thats not what i agreed to and they gave me my money back and pulled the faulty system from my house leaving me with no heat in the middle of December. They even cut the original thermostat and electrical wires and pushed them back into the wall so i had to run entirely new cables and electrical. Only reason to cut those cables was to make it more difficult for the next company to install. Later I found out the gas line that was installed wasn't even up to code! I hired another company, Signature heating, they came in and fixed all the wiring, plumbing and ducting that MCS damaged and put in a proper sized quiet furnace with no problem. DON'T HIRE MCS!

Diego came to do my service call. He found the problem and was able to fix it. He explained everything to me along the way. Diego was a very courteous and respectful young man.
Customer service from the office could have been better. They do not call back when they say they will. But the customer service provided by Diego made up for the office customer service.

Had a fantastic experience with MCS. We had a challenging situation for installing a large mini split in my home. Found everyone at MCS to be responsive and reliable. Most importantly, Ian and Jason came to our home to help determine the best installation plan..plus unit to purchase. They were brilliant!
Everything got done in a timely fashion. Price was also very reasonable. The installation team was polite, cleaned up and fast. Highly recommend this group.

Purchased an almost 14,000 unit at my age it took me my entire life to finally get refrigerated air the experience with the install was wonderful they did everything quickly efficiently and we're very polite. Although it is 8 days later and I still have a trench in my yard I have a small granddaughter and animals I just tried to call to get some answers and instead of giving me the answers they got Miffy with me and the sales rep who sold me the unit call the office and told the office to call me and asked me to stop calling. Okay young man I've called three times you could have at least given me a telephone number to where I needed to call that's all this old people need. With the amount of money I spent and the fact that I've got a broken foot and a small granddaughter and animals and has been eight days I don't think calling three times in eight days is a big deal. Just to let you know young man I'm going with a different company for my daughter's air conditioner I wanted the same exact unit that I purchased. I do hope you rethink the attitude and interactions you take with the customers after you've taken their money as well as before.

I had a wall furnace installed in 2017. The initial crew caused so much damage to the roof that now every time it rains, it literally leaks into the heater and the constructed base that is holding up the heater. Literal saturation in the heater and the base.
After my calls were continually ignored, I had file a complaint with the BBB in order to get them to come back out. The supervisor continued to dismiss the issue of the damage to the roof, had a service come out to seal around the piping; however, according to a roofer, the guy still did not seal it properly as in moving the asphalt back to tar around the pipe. Rather, it was lousy and rushed so now it continues to leak. Not mention how rude the guy was in talking to me like I was just a nagging customer.
I’m inclined to hire a lawyer to file a claim against their insurance for their neglect. The heater should be of service for 15 years and I will have to replace it AND repair the damage they have caused in less then that time.

I called to get an estimate on a new air conditioner or refrigerated cooler. I left a message and no one ever called back. That's alright. I spent my 10K somewhere else. I guess they don't need the business.

Today I had one part of my construction project completed. There were four gentleman who came to install my new mini split units. Miguel was the primary and he had a partner who I think his name was Jesus. They were absolutely awesome. They were great communicators about my project and very pleasant to be around. They did a great job.

Home Depot and MCS have made my AC/furnace installation experience less stressful. Miguel and Jose, the technicians were very fast and efficient. They did the complete install is in under 4 hours. The Electrician was also very friendly & knowledgeable. Curtis the sales manager was incredible at making the suggestions for my AC & furnace installation and he wasn't pushy at all, no pressure. Overall, MCS through Home Depot saved me $2000 from the competition. They even hauled off my old swamp cooler and capped it on the roof. They also gave me input on suggestions of where to put my AC unit for the best efficiency. Overall; it's a very a new install, I have not had any issues yet. Time will tell, there is a 15 year warranty to the compressor. I'm hoping the AC and furnace last a long time as it's quite an investment. Hopefully if any issues develop MCS is as good at warranty and customer service.

We had a problem with an installation of an AC compressor on the roof from about 4 years ago. It was determined that a roof leak was caused by a contract electrician error. MCS leadership stepped up and shared the cost of the roof repair and drywall repair in the garage. MCS went above and beyond in demonstrating great customer service. They have installed two complete HVAC systems for us and I highly recommend MCS.

Installer Daniel and crew, very knowledgeable of product and procedure, answered all my questions, cleaned up very well and overall displayed a professional attitude. Jason Gordon was helpful in planning and scheduling of appointment. responded promptly when called about leaking issue. 10/10 will use again! j Thank you!
