Great service and very personable company. JP Plumbery called the day before to give me a narrower time window. Technician arrived within the window and had me give a brief overview of the problem, what I had done to rectify it and asked questions to get all of the information before getting right to work. Technician was efficient, left a clean workspace and personable. Definitely would recommend!

JP installed a 2-condensor 4-minisplit system to heat our older adobe home. Their quote was the best we received. The owner has a very personable style, and was very willing to tolerate my nerdish questions and concerns about various aspects of the proposed system. We even changed the design once they got started, without any issues or squabbles over pricing.

The scheduling was timely, and the work was performed quickly, on time and to an excellent standard. We never had to deal with the crew(s) not showing up when they said they would.

We did have some delays in getting to "finished", but these had almost nothing to do with JP and everything to do with our electric company. Our system has been up and running for a couple of weeks, and is performing wonderfully, as expected.

Been using JP Plumery for 3-years now at my house and rental properties. Last job involving installation of a new furnace into a commercial building. It involved new gas lines, duct work and venting. They preformed quickly and kept my renters happy. They are dependable and knowledgeable, good service at a fair price.

Cody, Mark and Alex did a super job installing new gas furnace and AC, and insulating/sealing ducts in the crawl space. Working conditions were difficult, but JP’s team completed the job on schedule and we are now enjoying AC. Cody also offered clear explanations of system performance.

JP Plumbery provided a competitive cost proposal to replace our combi-unit HW heater and re-pipe our in-slab radiant system. JP Plumbery arrived and completed all the work on schedule. The quality of the workmanship was as good as I have seen. No shortcuts were taken, time was taken to explain the system operation, and the job site was cleaned up when the work was complete. Ben couldn't have been nicer. When the problem we called about was just a simple fix, he asked if we had anything else we needed checked or any questions, so we would get our money's worth for the required one-hour minimum. He told us how to annually flush out the tankless water heater, and also gave good advice about servicing the swamp cooler. A very good guy who offered many money-saving tips! And he was so friendly to our dog!
