We discovered an outdoor pipe leak on Friday afternoon, going into Memorial Day Weekend. We were getting ready to leave for vacation, when my neighbor contacted me about the burst pipe. I immediately started calling plumbers, first the ones I've dealt with and then going down the list. Either, they were closed for the holiday weekend, wanted to charge a premium dispatch/emergency fee just to get here, or they simply did not return my calls. Luckily, I reached Gustafson's and he agreed to come out and take a look right away. I think he arrived within the hour and got to work, repairing the broken pipe with proper materials he had on hand. He seems to have done a good job, and the pipe has held up thus far. His rate was fair, and he was professional and competent.

Mike is very professional he goes above and beyond with his customer service. I have tried several different HVAC companies none of them had any knowledge of my breeze air cooling system. They all recommended that we replace it. Mike came out serviced it, replaced some parts and it runs absolutly perfect now. Gustafson's will always be my go to company!!

Gustafson's installed an additional minisplit at our new home. The roof had recently been replaced; the roofers had caused some damage when moving connectors for the existing minisplits that Gustafson's had installed for the previous owner. Mike and his crew mitigated damage during the installation of the additional minisplit. Mike also scheduled another visit when the original system wasn't working properly and solved the problem. He is always cordial and efficient, as were all the others working with him.

Mike was great. He set up our coolers and moved a n outside spigot. He also gave us good info about mini splits. Definitely will call him again.
