It was a process. I think that it would be good to know how long it takes. In our neighborhood the tranformers were old and had to be replaced this took several months. There is a lot of back and forth issues with PNM. The service people were great they explained why things were delayed.

. From the time. I signed a contract to the time of installation was approximately a month and a half. Also the technicians and electricians who came in to install were very courteous, professional, and the installation was done in one day I would highly recommend.

AMAZING!! These guys are a dream. I could not have asked for a better experience switching to solar. All of the employees involved are so professional. They have done a spectacular job with communication, explaining all the details clearly and working extremely efficiently. Any time they have set an appointment, they have all shown up on the dot! Any phone calls that were needed- I never had to wait on hold at all! Most impressive crew ever. I have the highest respect for them and am so grateful for all they’ve done.

Other than not knowing what day the job was going to take place until 24 hours prior, from starting the paperwork to finished product the people were friendly and knowledgeable and would work with them again.

I would never recommend this company. First they don't explain everything to you. They don't tell you, you will still have to pay the electric company. They told me the tax credit would be $12,000. The 1st salesperson rushed the process without giving me a chance to go over the contract. I tried to cancel the next day and he didn't help me with that. I wasn't sure how to cancel. Then the salesperson told me I would be charged a lot of money if I cancelled. They sent some other guy promising incentives. Never heard from him again. I didn't know the purchase of solar panels would show up on my credit report and cause my credit score to go down. The whole process took forever. They blamed the electric company every time I would call them. I'd like to cancel but I don't know how to do it and how much it will cost me. This is something I regret doing.

Today was the second time my newly installed system has failed inspection. The first was due to design error in plan. The second time was due to revision not being submitted in time for inspector to have something to match to the actual installation. I sure hope the product performs better than this process.

I had 2 sales men come over for a quote and after everything seemed to be good one of them had me sign some documents to see if I would be eligible for the installation of solar. I was told if I signed I would not be obligated to the contract until the final doc u sign was signed by me in 2-3 weeks after the inspection was complete to see if the install would be approved.
This Friday I received an email from PNM that an application was submitted for solar and today 4/4/22 that there was an approval. I called all day and could not reach the number on the email. I found the number of the contact person and was told I had to go through with the contract and could not cancel the project or I would have to pay a 16% cancellation fee. No one ever contacted me after the inspection and seems like this company is very pushy. The contact person informed I only had 5 days to cancel which is a lie. When I received the quote I told the salesmen I would need at least 2-3 weeks to think about it. They said that was ok. Now I am outraged with being told I have to pay a fee with out my approval of the final documents signed through my email.
DO NOT TRUST these salesmen, not sure about the company until tomorrow when I reach out to them.
Not a happy camper and will continue to pay my bills at PNM

The workers showed up first thing that morning, very professional and polite. Did the install and cleaned up any trash or extra materials.
They were very informative and answered any questions I had about the panels and maintenance requirements

The men who came were very professional and respectful. It only took a few hours. Now I just need the inspections done and make sure there are no cracks or holes or places where water can leak through.
