I learned about Solcius through their door-door reps, who open with the line "I work for PNM". That was the first lie. Spend well over an hour discussing solar, how they actually AREN'T part of pnm, and how the deal would look for my house. They mention they are funded by the state and that's how you "pay nothing" and then take my information to see if I "qualify". My understanding being qualify for whatever grant program they work with, NOPE it was too see if I qualify for and to apply for a loan! Well I DIDN'T WANT A LOAN so there we have strike 2 damaging my credit score. But did I Stop there? Nope, we continue conversation, discuss the route without a loan, read through the contract (which does not say A LOT of the things the rep was promising for example "if you get a pnm bill WE pay for it" contact also states something like, "do not believe the promises make by thecontractor that are not written in this document", and sign along with writing a $1,000 check for the deposit. After doing to research I decide I'm not ready for solar NOW. I try asking questions to Luis (rep) who doesn't answer STRIKE 3 I will not do business with unreliable people/agencies, then says he's going out of town and we'll talk when he gets back (this is during COVID so I did not agree to meet PLUS I only have a short number of days to cancel) so I try canceling with my reps, they won't listen to what I want, Luis says he's can put in on hold (not a statement in the contact so not believing it) October 19th, I email Solcius to cancel, ...no cancellation confirmation, I call Solcius to cancel, staff says it's canceled and I ask if I will receive an email confirmation....she says yes... But no confirmation was received. I call again, it's confirmed that the project has already been canceled and I FINALLY GET AN EMAILED CONFIRMATION October 21st (that is not very detailed, nor does it have Solcius anywhere on it. So now the only thing is my $1,000 deposit that Luis said would be "ripped up" if cancellation occurred. I look at my bank statements and find that the check cleared Oct 23rd. I have yet to be refunded by Solcius.

This company's reps have no regard for the customer. Only the sale. Be careful when a rep asks for your last 4 and they pull your credit without your knowledge or a signature from the homeowner. Do your homework.

My system wasn't working for over 2 months and they wanted to give me a courtesy credit per a manager of $25. What a slap in the face, not even 25% of the two months that I paid and that doesn't include the solar energy I lost it on‼️‼️‼️
