The workers have been very respectful & hard working! It has taken longer than I expected to be done for installation, it is frustrating to be still paying VERY high electric bills while waiting & waiting for the completion of the solar.

The whole experience has been very pleasant and easy going. The installation was done as scheduled and was done very professionally. No work that was under par by any means.

You guys were great but Meraki Solutions sucks especially the salesman we had. We finally got our system activated after waiting 17 mos!

So far so good. It’s been slow going getting things started, much of that due to permitting and such. But installation today went well and Margaret is great to work with.

Everything has been smooth and done fairly Timely. I am happy with my new Panels just in time for the summer and It's cloudy right now but it's still producing.

Rethink before you do business with this company. Have been trying to get the solar panels to work for months and no one is taking ownership of the issue. I've called several times and still no connection but they sure are taking the payments for them. When you call to inquire they sound like they don't care. If I could give them no stars that's what I would do!

From the original presentation to the installation of the panels, we have been very satisfied. The process of completing job was thoroughly explained to us, emails were sent on a regular basis to let us know how the process was going. Everyone we dealt with was professional and pleasant.

Don't do it! We have had our service for a little over a year my inverter has gone out 3 times in that time we have had to pay both our electricity bill and the solar bill for 6 months out of a year of service. It's funny when they sale you your system they'll have technicians out to your home in a week, once you have it they take weeks to get a technician out and can't give any time frames. When the solar works its a great investment but when it's out your forced to pay both the PNM and Solcious.

Do not do any business with Solcius. Their contract states that you waive your right to arbitration. This shows that they are a shady company. Also, they only give 3 days to change your mind. If you cancel after the 3 days then you have to pay $6,000 just to cancel. Even if permits get denied you are are the hook to pay $6000!! Their prices are over inflated and there are a lot of bad reviews on the BBB. They should not have an A+ rating.

I had a great experience with Meraki solutions and Solcius. I read a lot of bad reviews here and i personally had a great experience with solcius. I’m not sure if it was just the people i did the deal with but they were extremely professional and they answered all my questions and they were honest and patient with me which I loved. A lot of people that left bad reviews seemed like they weren’t being taken care of correctly.
