Duke City is great! They say Heating & Cooling, but we've used them for electrical repairs, too. They've always done a great job at troubleshooting and making necessary repairs quickly. Their technicians are courteous and on-time. And their prices are reasonable!

I cannot speak more highly of Duke City Heating and Cooling. I have used their services for my furnace, swamp cooler and electrical system. On every occasion, they've provided exceptional service at great prices. They work efficiently and are quick to isolate problems, and so far I have zero complaints about their work. They have also always been honest -- for example, when I asked about the cost of a new swamp cooler, I received a shake of the head saying you don't need a new one! That's when you know you're working with someone you can trust.

I first hired them for electrical work in my garage my gfi caught on fire and they were great than when I decided to get ac done I used them i had already purchased a smart thermostat and they were able to teach me all the features gave me advise on marking door with date of last filter cleanup and change have had no issues would strongly recommend them.

Was having issues getting my heater running for the winter. Called Duke City Heating and Cooling and they sent Mike out to my home. He was incredibly helpful as well as informative as to what he was doing with my heater. He originally had thought that I needed a new motor, so he went out and purchased one as well as installed it. He then found out that the new motor did not fix our problem. Rather than charging me for the motor he was kind enough to leave the new motor installed on my heater for no cost at all! Mike ended up getting my heater up and running in a timely an professional manner.
The amount of care, transparency, attention to detail, as well as Mike taking the time to educate me throughout the entire process is more than enough for me to continue to do business as well as refer business to Duke City Heating and Cooling. Class Act!

I called Duke City Heating and Plumbing yesterday because my thermostat was turned way up and yet the temperature only reached 69. They scheduled someone between 11 and 2 - The service guy called and was able to come earlier. They told me they were receiving an error code due to dirty filter. Odd since I just replaced last month. I got the spare filter and he put in. He told me to give it a couple of hours to heat up. Thermostat was set at 75 when I went to bed. I woke this morning to 60 degrees inside. I just checked flow through vents and although I could feel heat coming through, the flow was minimal. I checked the filter and found that the service guy just set the filter in place without latching it down so the filter was getting sucked up into the fan, blocking the flow.

I woke up the next morning and although thermostat was set high, temp in house was a mere 60º. s

Made a call back and Mike came out - spent over two hours making a few adjustments and checking other possible issues; making recommendations that would help in the future. He did everything possible to make sure that everything was working as it should be and that I was happy by the time he left - I am.

I am happy with Mike who took the time to explain things as he was making adjustments.

I would recommend Duke City Heating & Cooling and will use them again, even after a rocky start. :-)
