I have used Duke City Heating and Cooling multiple times, and they are the best! They’re prompt, professional, friendly, fair, and affordable. I trust their work, and will be using them in the future.

These guy are AMAZING. They won the bid, showed up daily on time. They were polite, informative, and good about vacuuming dust from creating vents. Robert ran the crew and he was a perfectionist, which was great! I was surprised that they finished 2 days early and now my house is so comfortable! All around excellent job and very professional.

Furnace quit working. We checked with a realtor friend for recommendations. He recommended Duke City. We called them and also obtained 3 other quotes. we chose Duke City based on the recommendation, their estimate, and their responsiveness to our request for an estimate and follow up questions. And, are we ever glad we chose Duke City! They were able to move up the installation date, and arrived right on time. Estevan and Shawn were the tradesmen who did our installation. Efficient, skilled, professional, friendly, polite, kind, and exceptional communicators. They were so considerate and they left our house so clean -- you'd never know we just had a big, messy job completed. They made sure everything was up to code, showed us everything we needed to know, tested the equipment and carbon monoxide levels to be extra sure everything was done well and safely. Estevon and his team did a wonderful job repairing my family's plumbing issues. I was pleased with his excellent customer service and kindness. The issue we had required a lot of patience and he was able to solve it with ease. Duke City will now be our preferred contact point if any other issues come up. We couldn't be happier with the service we've received from Duke City Heating & Cooling! Not only did they do excellent, reasonably-priced work on our complex conversion to refrigerated air several months ago, they were recently able to address a water line break, on Friday, the day before we were scheduled to travel out of state. They are responsive, professional, and courteous. We will gladly continue to do business with them in the future.

I have never ever written a bad review, unfortunately, my experience with this company means I have write one. TLDR; they don't stand behind their work and will not apologise for poor service or poor workmanship.

We hired them to install updated thermostats in our home for our furnaces and simultaneously to give us an estimate for installing central air in our home. The service for these two requests was amazing. Because of this, when I wanted a miniwasher installed, I asked them if this was a service they could provide. They gladly accepted the job and quoted me in the $1-200 range. When the workman arrived they offered a different quote of $500. I asked them why so much more than what was quoted over the phone and what they could do to lessen the cost. They offered a second option that meant changing the location of the miniwasher in our small laudryroom. I agreed to this altered plan with the understanding that it was not cost quite so much. After completing the work - which also took them much longer than initially stated because they forgot parts - they handed me invoice for almost $700. I paid the bill reluctantly, but the work was done. By the third wash the connection they had installed was leaking and causing flooding in our home. We tried numerous times for them to come make right what they broke. They either didn't call us back or they tried to send the same workman who botched the install. On top of all that, their excuses abound including that these workman dont get along and they offer no apologies.

Needless to say, we went with MGP, another locally owned company, to install our central air, and we are very happy that we took our business elsewhere!

Duke City Heating has performed 2 new installs on rental properties for my wife and I this year. They've done a great job for us and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for conversion from evaporative cooler to refrigerated air. The crew was on it. Paul and his group were great! They connected my home to the city sewer line and I was very happy with the job! They were dependable and a great group to work with.

Duke City Heating and Cooling did an amazing job in connecting our new power poll, installing a new circuit breaker box and running hundred of feet of electrical cable. They were quick, efficient, polite and professional. The two techs who did the work were amazing (Tommy and Josh), as well their boss who came by to check on the job, (Paul).
