Estavon and Shaun came to the rescue!!! My pilot wouldn’t stay lit, I had an appointment scheduled for Friday and they were able to come 3 days sooner…not only did they fix my furnace but also figured out a 5 year issues I’ve been having with vents not working! Affordable, professional, quick and flexible. Highly recommend this company. Thanks guys… you’re amazing!!!

Duke City H&C has it together from start to finish. Very professional, honest pricing, and they follow through on every detail. Lead installer Jason was very detailed in his work and followed up on every area of the installation, his experience really shows through. Jason’s crew was also very polite and helpful. The presence of this company is also amazing; uniform shirts, uniform fleet trucks. Jessica and the office staff are extremely helpful and polite.

I am very happy with the installation of our new AC and furnace. Installers were very friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the instructions of the NEST thermostat. Louie and Jamie were prompt, professional, and followed standard Covid-19 prevention procedures while they fixed my furnace issue. They came out the same day I called for service, and were able to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend Duke City Heating & Cooling.

From the guy who came out to estimate to the workers, to the front office secretary they were all very professional. They took their time to answer all questions I had about the job and to make sure everything was set in place. we have an older home that's not the easiest to work with, many other companies did not even bother to get back to us. Duke city did and we ended up being very happy they were the ones who did the job. Will use in the future! Highly reccomend.

I had to replace the coils in my AC and Duke City quoted me a cost $1000 less than another company I talked to. The service techs were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the AC worked great! But what really put them over the top for me is what happened a couple weeks later: my AC died in early July. I was understandably upset thinking they had screwed up, but the receptionist Gloria put me at ease: she was able to address my concerns and assured me that the guarantee for the previous work would apply even if I had to go with another company for the last minute service. However, she worked her magic and was able to get a tech out in the next day. Turns out it was an unrelated issue to their previous work, and in an hour my AC was up and running again. The fact they got out there at the last minute and stood by their guarantee really impressed me, and I plan to use them in the future whenever I need service.

I contacted Duke City in order to troubleshoot two thermostats in my house. Josh and Tommy were the technicians that came out to work on the issue. They were professional and skillful. They were able to correctly diagnose the issue and correct some wiring from the main Hvac units, which solved my problem. They were fast and explained everything to me. I appreciate their help.

Duke City is a top notch organization. Replaced an AC/gas furnace package unit. Working with Mike, the installers and office staff was a pleasure! Competitive pricing, quick service and follow through. No BS, no endless follow-up etc. Old school professionalism and customer service. Other companies could learn a thing or two from Duke City on customer respect...they've earned my loyalty.
