    I will definitely recommend Bosque Heating, Cooling & Plumbing to my family and friends! Last week we had an AC conversion (removed our old swamp cooler). Adam & Delphine were both professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable! My husband & I were a little skeptical in getting a new Heat A/C System, but we are glad we did! We are glad we opened up our house to Bosque! Thank you for an EXCELLENT JOB!

    I am glad I called Bosque Heating Cooling and Plumbing. My heater could not had quit at a worse time of the year. Other places I called were booked till after Christmas. I was blessed that BHC&P was able to make it out the very next morning. I was very impressed and appreciative for that. The 2 technicians, Meliano and Randall arrived and got the job done right. They found that the part that originally appeared to be the issue was not bad after all saving me money. That is honesty at its best. Thank you, God Bless and Merry Christmas.

    Our pilot light kept going out. First they replaced thermo coupler, then whole water heater. The pilot light was out the next day, 8.28.20. They blamed it on living in the foothills, too much wind. Told me too bad you didn't go tankless and live with it. Gabe and company couldn't be bothered to check or look further, like maybe the roof vent. I'm not an expert, but I'm certain that with all the wind here people are not supposed to live with this. For two years we didn't get up once a month , realize we have no hot water, go light the pilot light, wait ....then shower . We have nothing better to do in a pandemic, we don't need to have clean clothes and dishes. It is fine. Please look elsewhere, if you want professional service.

    After I was shocked by an out of control water bill, Adrian came over and was able to quickly identify and fix my problem. Adrian was very professional and provided great service. I'm a very satisfied customer. Would definitely use Bosque again.

    So interesting story. I was about to submit a 1 star review and the following is why. I was having issues with my AC of course during the hottest week of the year. My Squirrel cage was destroyed. I called Bosque as a new customer and hoped for the best. Thr arrived and removed the issue. Of course the part was out of state and took a week to get here. Finally the part arrives and is installed. I was at work and my wife was at home. I arrived at home that evening and the AC was cooler but not as it should be. I wqs frustrated and went to investigate the problem. I noticed the fan motor was on the wrong side of the unit. DAMN I thought, another fly by night business that was incompetent or trying to up sell. I called all evening long, and the tech was at another call. This is where my rating became a 5 star... The owner "Carlos" contacted me and arrived at my place around 9:00 PM and didn't leave till it was fixed. Its operating the way it should and shows extreme character of the Bosque business. Human errors are expected, as long as they are corrected. Thank you all for what you do!

    Sharing this from Santa Fe.... Could not find any reliable company in Santa Fe. We decided to call Bosque Heating & Cooling after seeing a TV commercial; and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! After 3 1/2 weeks without AC they delivered. They identified the problem quickly, made the repair and it was done! I can't thank Eric and Estevan enough for their excellent service and HONESTY which is something I could not find in Santa Fe. I also have to mention Dominque in the office. She was kind and demonstrated impeccable telephone etiquette and customer service. Being business owners ourselves, we will refer you to all our clients as well. Keep up the great work! Thank you!

    This was the best experience I have ever had working with Bosque Heating and cooling. They kept their appt time answered all my questions. And they cleaned up after their work was completed. We couldn't even tell they were there other than our house is cool and with our new tankless water heater. No more worries about hot water! Remember you wouldn't come home to a hot yoga studio!

    Top notch team. From filling out the form to get a quote and getting a call 3 minutes later, through the appt to give us the bid, etc. this team is amazing to work with. Customer service is their top priority from what we can tell. Will recommend the Bosque team and only use them for our HVAC needs.
