Bosque Heating Cooling and Plumbing

Bosque is probably the most responsive and reliable HVAC company with which I have worked. They called several times to make sure things were going well. And when issues came up, they were there to fix them without hesitation. I would DEFINITELY use their services again.

Anthony Gonzalez has been amazing at getting all our work completed quickly! He does a great job, always professional and calls me by name! Great customer service! We will be using Bosque in the future for sure!

The Bosque Restoration Team headed by Bill was amazing! I miss good customer service like back on the east coast and these guys have it down!!! Bill repaired sheet rock and a large crack in my ceiling along with some other small items around the house. They are a separate team from the HVAC & plumbing specialists at Bosque. They were extremely courteous and professional and quick at their work. No goofing around, horseplay or swearing on the job and were mostly quiet and focused on their job. If they were running behind they communicated it to me via text right away. I have never had such polite workers in my house. Constantly making sure I am comfortable and that I was pleased with their work (which was pretty meticulous). Everything extra I asked them to take care of they said "yes" too and stuck to the original bid. They cleaned up like no other! (I never asked them to either) Vacuuming every dusty footprint off the floors, cleaning their fingerprints off of my front storm door, and wiping some of the hard tile floors down. I think my place is actually cleaner than when they arrived! I was blown away. Apparently they also do full home remodeling as well. I will def be giving them to my friends for referrals and using them again in the future.

Nick was amazing! He was on time, professional, and explained what was wrong with our A/C in a language I could understand. He did a complete inspection of the entire unit and provided great advise! Thanks Nick!!

Most important, this company is BOSQUE HEATING COOLING AND PLUMBING and NOT Bosque ROOFING. That’s a different company. We 100% recommend Bosque Heating Cooling and Plumbing for all of your roofing needs. Aaron Renfroe was wonderful to work with. He needs a raise/promotion. We met him over a year ago and his professionalism left such an impression on us, we called him recently to replace our roof. Aaron evaluated our roof, saw a lot of recent hail and wind damage, helped us file a claim with our insurance company, met the inspector/adjuster at our house and walked the roof for 3 hours with her. I truly believe he helped us get our entire roof covered by our insurance company. He went to bat for us. During the shingles replacement the roofing team noticed the decking was not up to code. They replaced the entire decking too. So, we literally got a new roof from the bottom up. Insurance covered it all. Thanks so much to Bosque Heating Cooling and Plumbing and especially Aaron!

I had Bosque remodel my bathroom and was amazed at the results. They finished the project two days early and under budget. My bathroom looks amazing and they gave me great ideas for things I would not have thought about. They worked directly with my insurance company and took that stress off my shoulders. Highly recommend using them if you have a flood, water damage, or just need anything done around your home.

Great experience with Bosque! I never thought I could afford refrigerated air. Their guys were so knowledgeable and professional, plus got the job done in 1 day. They were a pleasure to work with, and now my home has been updated with REAL air conditioning!

So impressed with the level of service I received from Carlos when I had a gas leak under my stove top. He was knowledgeable, prompt and has fair pricing. Would highly recommend!!

I called Bosque for a water leak in my bathroom. They were prompt in coming to address the damage and started the work quickly. They made sure to update me with their progress and they even clean up before leaving. They work as a team of problem solvers, and they take initiative to get the job done. I am amazed with the finished product. Anthony and Billie gave me a beautiful bathroom. I will be contacting Bosque for all my future needs. As well as referring them to all my friends and family.
