Despite a lot of confusion from the property management company I am renting through, Bosque has been prompt, helpful and has done a very good job with the multiple issues I have had. Liz went above and beyond to help me figure out what was approved and could be scheduled. Victor and Colby worked late to ensure the job was done correctly.

Spot fixed a main water line break for a great price. Also replaced my cooler with a Mastercool. The workers did a great job. Receptionist were quick to answer; company replies back quickly, even after 11pm! I feel more comfortable talking to these guys, more confident they won't try to swindle me.

He noticed that I needed a roof, offered to assist me with my insurance company, followed each step of the process, checked on the job daily, and made sure I was completely satisfied. We converted evap cooling to AC and Bosque got it all done at a reasonable cost. They were quick to respond and were always on time and got the whole job done in less than a week. Fantastic service, and man does that air blow cold now! Thank you!

What a rough couple of months... my tankless water heater had been giving us a hard time. And it finally gave out on us and we had no hot water for 2 days. With 4 kids in the house we were so lost. We had TLC come and gave us bad news about our tankless water heater. Unfortunately the man who built our house was so cheap that he put in a water heater meant for an RV, not for a house. We needed a 2nd opinion. My cousin referred me to Bosque Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. Mike came and had a look at it and unfortunately had to give us the same bad news. But Mike knew exactly how to help us. Mike had Liz , from the office, call us the following morning and helped us to finance a new tankless water heater and got it installed and working the exact same day (today)!! You have no idea how much my Husband and kids appreciate having hot water again!! Thank you so much Mike, Liz and all the Bosque staff!!
