Probably a wonderful staff, however driving is a big one star. Driver for this company with the unit ID 109 was swerving in and out of traffic on his way to Santa Fe in the morning. This driver was flashing lights a people and driving with brights on. Not to mention at an unsafe speed of 85-90 miles per hour. Just to make you aware your company logo was on the vehicle. I’m sure there are safety precautions that are to be followed.

Our little shared well HOA Community had a main water leak. B&D had done great work for us before so I called them. They had someone out within a couple hours and quickly they had the full crew and equipment on site to perform the repair. This promptness was much appreciated as we had 10 houses down. Thank you B&D!

They completed the work well, however they don't have online payments or a way to pay on their mailed invoice. They also don't answer the phone very often. Once I did pay (which they took out within minutes) a week later, I still don't have a receipt.

James came by to fix a few faulty outlets that I could not troubleshoot on my own. He was able to take care of it with ease and took the time to explain what the problem was. James was very respectful and courteous, on time and knowledgeable. And I was not overcharged. Thanks so much for all your help James and B&D! I really appreciate it. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

I called to get some help with a hot water loop issue looked at. I didn't hear from them for a week. I called a second time. They sent a supervisor out that couldn't find the issue. I still have the issue. They are quick to put in a bid on work that hasn't been identified. Office staff were rude and un professional. I will not let them back on my property. I hope you have better luck.

Thank you B&D industries want to give a big thanks to Leonard Gonzalez Ralph Rodriguez on their excellent job and being very professional stand up guys. Leonard and Ralph got right to work and found the leak right away took the time to show me what was wrong and fix it I had my refrigerator working in no time thank you again good job.

I have never had any problems with payroll or bosses for B and D. Jason Savedra wrote my referral letter, when it was still required to get in the union in 2017. Keven Hendrix was an awesome foreman who always had us stocked with the material we needed. Ray Barber is a cool dude who has always done his best to find a place for people to work and everyone in the office has always been nice to me even when the apprenticeship hasn't been. I hope to work for them again in the near future. Thanks guys! 😁

I had my sinks backed up at my apartment complex. They called B&D and within 30 minutes they came out.

A big shout out to Mariam. She was so kind and professional and cleaned up up the mess and unclogged my sinks.

I had an electrical emergency and called them because of the good reviews here. I was told that they submitted a work order, but then waited most of the day and received no calls back from anyone. I called them a total of 3 times to follow up and no one ever bothered to call me or show up at all. Obviously, I do not recommend this company!

I just recently had B&D replace my very old furnace and A/C unit. I would strongly recommend this company. They where very courteous, professional and answered all my questions I had.
