Worst place to work. Worst people to work with. Hostile stressed out pressure filled cut throut environment. Egos arrogance and poor integrity. Sink or swim and a huge set up for failure.
New employees should know that employee success and retention will never be a condideration. There will be little to no guidance, very little resources,
Absolutely no training, no advancement or development, no administrative assistance and alot of over evaluation and judgment. The coworkers that are good enough at there job to retain employment under a high level of unnecessary stress and pressure to produce deliverables with unreasonable and unrealistic deadlines overloaded with highly advanced extremely technical work no where even in the ball park of what they should be getting paid for this work could care less about you and will ignore your struggles insult you belittle you disacknowlege your skill set education experience work ethic and sabotage your efforts to succeed wishing only brutal angwish apon you, as well as stress, misfortune and uter failior in hopes they might be recognized for what they know and can do just a little better.

Sadly there is so much more......

There is a 1000 times better work for you if you think you can compete in this field.

Great response to a water leak with no apparent source. Quick response, and with finding the source. Minimized damage from water and proposed cost saving options. Joe was very knowledgeable, safe, and work was high quality. Thanks for the quick response!

B&D Industries customer service is above and beyond. I do not have to jump through hoops to get what I need from this company. I highly recommend the services to others commercial or residential.

I would not recommend them. They said they would be out yesterday morning and then called at the appointed time to cancel. So now I am without electricity for 4 days due to the holiday

Guys were efficient, safe and clean.....they showed up on time everyday and were very professional...they kept me in the loop on everything and were on time and did not go over their estimated price to me.

Water leak under my house, in the middle of winter. Within 4 hours of calling them they came out dug up the pipe and repaired. Very friendly and professional
