Beware had a hot water heater installed 2021, I didn’t know a permit should be pulled and they never said anything, fast forward to selling the house and could not get a CO because they never pulled the permit… contacted them and got the run around this has caused a delay in the sale of the home, potential buyer being homeless and multiple trips to the township and me paying for a permit that should have been done in the first place, after “multiple” calls last call was yesterday and once again was told someone would get back to us, crickets!! No surprise they received their money guess it’s our problem, thanks! this has been a very expensive lesson… time from work, permit fee, second CO, since we own the property a tax Bill, extra days of Utility fees, the list goes on and on, I am beyond livid a phone call back to settle this would have changed my decision writing this please beware!!!!! The hot water heater and a simple permit ended up costing us a bundle more than what any hot water heater should of cost anytime, thanks SPS!!

This company has been outstanding to work with— they are professional, responsive, and work diligently to get our job of a leaking septic pipe fixed completely. Mel was awesome to work with, he was so patient and thorough and explained everything. They even helped us as well with cutting down our septic inspection ports down to grade that we have been struggling with for 3 months. I would highly recommend this company and Mel!

Joe was great to work with. He explained everything he was doing so that I could understand. He came for maintenance but found an problem. He spent hours to fix my system. He wore clean booties every time in came in the house. Very happy with my service

Not only did Ted make my AC unit sparkle ✨, he actually made it sing! 🎶 I told my husband I never heard any singing from the AC when he cleaned it! 💁‍♀️ I wonder why? 🤔 haha thanks Ted!
