Well, after nearly 12 years, our hot water heater decided it didn’t want to keep the water in the tank any longer. So a new hot water heater had to happen. A family of 4 with 2 kids at home because of course it was a virtual day, we needed our water. Mel was our within a couple of hours and a couple of hours after that, voilà new hot water heater! Thanks Mel! You’re the best!!!

I have a two story house with single zone air and the upstairs was routinely 10 degrees hotter than the downstairs. The house is only a few years old so we weren't looking to replace or install and entirely new zone or system if we could help it. I called several companies for quotes, one refused to come out unless I was willing to replace the whole system, and another told me that there was nothing I could do without adding a second zone. SPS took the time to come out to my house and really analyze everything and came up with a solution that worked great without costing me a fortune or replacing a brand new system. The corrected the original builders design for the attic and the temperature is within 2 degrees even on the hottest days! I highly recommend them, they really know their stuff!

Purchased an Infinity heating/ cooling system from SPS Mechanical about one week ago. So far have been satisfied with the system as it cools and dehumidifies very well. This is an upgrade over our original basic unit which was inefficient and would literally run all day. I would like to thank Rich Cusato and the guys who installed the unit. They came to the house when they said they would and Rich thoroughly explained the unit, how it would work and answered my questions. Also, as my wife is recovering from recent surgery Rich made sure my family was comfortable by bringing a portable unit for us until the new system was installed. I would recommend SPS Mechanical and especially Rich. I will be sure to follow up on our new system in the near future. Steve M.

The SPS Mechanical team is awesome, simply awesome. Recently my HVAC unit wasn't working and we had no air conditioning. Two SPS reps, Carl and Liam, were quick to arrive, took their time to find the cause of the problem and then proceeded to do great job fixing the issue. It was a tricky situation too, with the unit in the crawl space above my attic and initial concerns that a line had been punctured by a nail. But Liam & Carl didn't make an assumption, they tested all the lines and realized that the lines were fine. They then went onto the 2nd and 3rd and 4th possibilities till they found the actual problem. Great job!

I'm adding an update to this review because I had yet another fantastic experience with SPS, this time with Dino. During the recent heat wave, our HVAC system for the 2nd floor stopped working. Not fun, especially with little kids. Despite the fact that I was calling on July 3rd, when everyone is headed out for the holiday, they sent Dino to our house that day. Dino was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problems. He also explained everything he was doing and waited to see that it was in fact fixed and working properly. Thank you Dino and to the rest of the SPS crew.

Mel arrived on schedule and completed re plumbing and installed a commercial dog shampoo station. Mel went about his work in a professional and friendly manner. We are well pleased.

SPS Mechanical provided a wow experience by recently completing a conversion from oil to gas at my place residence. What stood out the most to my family and I was obviously their industry knowledge, professionalism, respect, and punctuality. But what was especially pleasant to observe was the amount of collaboration and team work that went into the completion of this install. Several different team members shared in conversations with me about SPS Mechanical's recent team building exercise/activity, which was really encouraging to hear about. I truly want to recognize and thank Dino and Lorenzo for both of their exemplary patience with taking their time to properly and safely complete this project as if it was their own, they are seriously an asset to SPS Mechanical inc. Thank you Nef Ramos for over seeing everything associated with this project to it's completion. With an experience like this one, not only do I feel satisfied and valued as a consumer....But I will be returning for future business.
