Harris gave me an appointment when I wanted it. Jason, the technician, was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He removed the obstruction from the old garbage disposal, but the unit did not work due to damages from the obstruction. He had a new unit in his truck and installed and tested it to ensure that it worked and did not leak. He did a great job and I will certainly use Harris's services again. All of the techs they have sent me have been great!

The technician, Greg H, was professional, knowledgeable, patient and pleasant. He explained my issues clearly and fixed the problem quicker than I expected. I highly recommend Harris Plumbing!!

This company is scamming senior citizens. They charged my parents for 10lbs of CO2 or whatever gas they use in the units, their only hold 4.3. They charged us almost $500 more then what they used. 2 days later we were out of air. We had 3 other companies come, the immediately found the leak and went over the estimate Harris left them. They were trying to charge thousands more then necassary....on elderly people with a fixed income
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND A REPUTABLE COMPANY! They are refusing to answer calls and return the money. Shame on these people. Life's hard enough as it is, clearly this company could care less about their customers. Find a small mom and pop business. Your bank account will thank you.

Omg, Sean was so professional and honest with me. He did and excellent job of letting me know what the problem was and I was very pleased with his work. Good job Sean, I will definitely be using this company for all my plumbing issues. Oh and he installed my hot water tank

This is my second time using Harris. Anthony showed up on time and was great. Had a sewage backup where water came up in 1st floor bathroom and ran into the basement. He showed me where the clean out was out by street that was completely covered by grass not visible as you would think. During the process he let me know what options I had if it didn’t work and I had a problem with the sewage line. He did a great job and got it unclogged. I will continue to use Harris in the future. Always fair priced and professional

Greg was extremely helpful. He did the job, but more. He explained the dangers of using drain cleaner and made recommendations on using a natural product that would not damage the pipes. He checked my line coming into the house, and made sure everything was in good working order before leaving. I would recommend Greg to anyone needing plumbing services.

Shawn D’autrechy was amazing. He was very thorough and explained everything well. He even offered some good options that my wife and I may consider.

Joe Sauro and his coworker were amazing. We called bc we lost water pressure. We have a salt water softener tank and filtration system, our last plumber did not bleed the lines when he replaced it and ash backed up and when through my whole house. Clogging ever sink and shower head. Joe put our system on bypass and cleaned everything. He took water samples to make sure they give us the correct information. Joe was knowledgeable, respectful and polite. And he was great with my over active pup getting in his way. Joe and his coworker were exceptional. I will only call Harris for our plumbing issues from now on. Thank you for all the hard work.

Harris plumbing and Heating has excellent customer service. Paul one of the technicians did a great job with replacing my hot water heater. He was Friendly and supportive with getting financing for the water heater installation.
