Serice was done on time and all went well. I do have future work to have done, but all is good for now. Ryan did a great job and hope to see him back in the fall.

We had Harris Plumbing and Heating replace our entire heater and air conditioner. The salesperson right down to the technicians were all so very knowledgeable. They had 4 men who worked the entire day to replace our units. They were extremely friendly and courteous. The cost was below other competitors and the 10yr parts and labor plus no surprise clause is what made us choose this dealer.

Jason did an excellent job at connecting my gas line for my gas range. He was efficient, prompt, and professional. I would definitely recommend Jason for future service.

I had such an excellent technician I cannot be thankful enough for!! Joe Menaquale was not only professional and respectful from start to finish he was honest and thorough with everything he did ensuring to not miss anything. I especially appreciater him listening and understanding while I vented my frustrations I had with my prior company I had and trying to just find things and not fix them right just charge extra and take your money. Joe was so patient and diligent that he even found where they had put in too much freon causing issues with misreads and unit then becoming inefficient. After further diagnosis Joe actually removed half a pound of freon allowing the numbers to read perfectly and saving me 500.00!!!! Thank you so much, Joe, for your time, patience and professionalism. Harris is lucky to have you working for them for sure!!!!

I’m a 68 year old, have owned houses since 1986. I am also a retired minister, which means have had responsibilities for all needs of four church campuses, built as long ago as 1867 and as recently as 1960. Point being I have hired either personally or in collaboration with a select group of knowledgeable parishioners in excess of 75 contractors. With respect to the many companies and individuals I have hired Greg is as personable as possible, a man of honesty who could easily have made a $2500 sale to me. Instead he gave me a tip on doing the job for a bottle of cleaner and a process I could do…and did not charge.
My home was built in 1960. I now know where my plumbing vulnerabilities are and where I may one day need to put out some money. Honest, accurate and free advice. Next time I call it will be for one of those problems and I will be confident I paid an honest cost for only what I truly need.

Paul Gandy from Harris Plumbing arrived on time to repair a malfunctioning sump pump. He was very professional He replaced the sump pump but the next day my basement flooded again. Same issue. He returned and worked hard to find the cause. Found a clog, cleared it, did not leave until he made sure it was perfect. He took pride in his work and that's rare these days. I would not hesitate to call him for any future issues. The schedulers were also prompt in getting back to me. MP

Angel was great - he came and inspected our A/C units and came up with a few options for repair/maintenance. In the end, we discussed it probably would be beneficial to just replace our old units. He helped me make informed decisions and helped me set up a consult for someone to come out to give us an estimate for installing new units. I look forward to continue using Harris services.
