Greg was super helpful, kind, courteous, prompt ,knowledgeable and presented himself in a very professional manner. My experience with the company was awesome. Thank you so very much. I will recommend this company to all of my people for plumbing service.

This morning we placed a call to Harris for a clogged drain line- within a minute we were sent a text as to which professional would be arriving and a little about their life. Greg contacted by phone a few moments later to let us know what time he would be there and even remembered coming to the house and the previous resident by name (my wife’s grandmother) upon arrival Greg jumped into action and explained so many things about the property and drain lines. He was professional and knowledgeable. To ensure our issue is solved he arranged for someone to come out tomorrow morning with a camera to give further insight and options available. It would be our pleasure to have Greg return anytime an issue may arise. What a great experience.

Mike P did an awesome job with the installation of my water heater expansion and valves. He was professional, clean and thorough. He went above and beyond with his quality service.

Lance and his team came out first thing in the morning to replace my AC. They reviewed what was going on at the start and the end. I have used Harris for heating and cooling for several years and will continue to do so. Everyone who has come out has been great. They listen and are professional.

We had a team consisting of Lance, Jay, and someone whose name I’m blanking on. They put in a new furnace and ac unit, as well as helping us move our thermostat to another wall. These guys did a great job efficiently, thoroughly, and professionally. Lance walked us through the new system like a teacher. Everyone was friendly, and Lance even dropped a rendition of “Night Moves” while working that wasn’t half bad. Would strongly recommend.

We had Greg H and Dane out to inspect our plumbing after we had an issue. They did a thorough job and explained the issues well as well as next steps. Highly recommend these guys for plumbing

WOW! I'm truly impressed with this company! This is my first time using their services. I got an appointment immediately and even a message about the appointment came to my phone withing 5 minutes. The office was proficient in answering my questions. The person who came out to service the unit, Khalid, informed me via text message that he was on his way within an hour of time. That was the instruction left with the office, that I was to be informed within an hour of arrival. Khalid kept me informed of what was occurring in a timely manner. He was extremely professional and I love they way he found answers to my questions by calling me back. He let me know when he was finished and submitted via email pictures of work completed. I love this company! I would recommend them for service. Thank you Khalid for an awesome job!

Air conditioning wouldn't start. I called Harris and they informed me they had a technician in the area and that he would call soon. Ryan then called and said he was 45 minutes away. He came over and tracked down a short in the system at the outdoor unit. When he needed a part, he got on the phone and tracked it down about 30 minutes away. He jumped in his truck and went to get it. He returned shortly and finished everything up. The repair was covered under the Harris warranty. Great timely service in a professional and friendly manner. I appreciate the fast service.

Artie Miller was awesome!! He took his time to explain everything in detail. Our hot water heater went and we had water everywhere. He knew what he was doing and we felt very comfortable with him. He did a great job and I hope he knows how much we appreciated everything he did for us.

Greg H was super cool and informative. Being in the military you kind of move around so much and people don’t take the time to tell you about things around the neighborhood but Greg was awesome! Fixed our issue in 5 minutes and then gave us some good info about our home and what he recommends doing with the plumbing issue so it doesn’t continue! Overall 5 star experience! Thanks Greg!!
