I am extremely satisfied with the HVAC repair services provided by Platinum heating & Cooling. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly and the technician arrived on time. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the repair process to me. The repair was completed efficiently and my HVAC system is now functioning properly.

I recently had an issue with my AC and called this HVAC repair service. I was impressed with how quickly they responded and were able to diagnose and fix the problem. The technician was professional and knowledgeable, and he even took the time to explain what was going on and how to prevent future issues. I highly recommend this service to anyone in need of HVAC repairs!

Originally I gave this company a 5 star rating based on their quick response time, professionalism, friendliness and competence. I must admit I feel I have been duped by this company in their efforts to remedy my steam heating issues. I was led to believe by the confidence of Andre that pressure gauges and other later discovered to be unnecessary parts would address the issues. If that didn’t work, the company then proposed more expensive methods to fix my system, because that’s just what happens with steam heating systems. In short, I paid slightly over $1000 for 3 hand sized parts that possibly cost less than $500, that were installed in a matter of minutes and FIXED absolutely nothing. I was offered a reduction on a new system, how convenient. My system ended up being fixed no thanks to platinum. What a waste!!! Beware!

This issues ended up being poorly pitched piping, in areas that your techs did properly assess, other than confirm banging. Simple pipework to improve the pitch and reduce standing water fixed all of my issues. Do better. It’s not always installing new systems. I have no questions to ask. A refund seems in order since your work did absolutely nothing.

I have been a customer of this HVAC repair service company for several years now and they have never failed to impress me with their prompt response and quality service. Excellent team!!! The job was done on time! Nothing to complain about. All problems were found and solved really fast. Very knowledgeable guys, they know what they are doing. You can tell they have a lot of years of experience by just how they work and what advices they can give you.

The guys did wonderful inspection on my furnace and heat exchanger found cracked , took furnace apart and then put everything until everything is back :) thanks a lot to the Art that has too much experience in this world.

We hired Platinum H&C to install a ductless min-split for our sunroom. The team (Ed and Art) were on-time and provided excellent service. They were flexible in accommodating some of the unexpected challenges, provided practical suggestions and did great follow up. The system is working flawlessly.
