A representative of the company came to give me a quote on replacing my system. He spent 2-3 minutes taking pictures, took my email address and other info and said he would get back to me in a few days with an estimate. A week went by and I hadn't heard from them so I called, was told another few days. Another week went by, same story. Finally I called a third time and they did not even pick up or call back. It has been over a month now.

No proposal was received, ever. You did not email it to my gmail on the same day. If you did please email it again as proof, including the time stamp of the original email and I will correct my review. You were the only company I was dealing with at the time, it was not possible for me to get confused between you and another company. If you had the proposal ready then why didn't you indicate that you sent it to me when I called to inquire about the estimate's whereabouts?

Stop lying on the internet to save face. You failed as a business in this instance, own it and move on.

Lino and his crew were professional and did a great job replacing an old gas furnace that has finally failed. The quoted price was reasonable and the job was done quickly.
