I called them to replace a HVAC unit. After they came out and looked at the unit and told me it needs to be replaced. However they never came back or called me back. I reached out to them multiple times and told them I am ready to get the unit replaced. They charged me the 150 for diagnostic fee and never came back. I would not recommend this company at all.
