Lino's HVAC

Just received an invoice after 1.5 years. Back then I had talked to Lino and explained why I wasn't happy with the service they had performed. He understood and said that I can dismiss the invoice. Guess they forgot about it and are not very organized either.

Update: Lino contacted me and apologized for the invoice which had been send out accidentally due to new office staff. The company also came out and did a very professional service on my furnace. Very happy now and he definitely made good on my previous experience. Very much appreciate it!

My husband and I recently purchased a house and we needed an expert to come out and inspect our boiler because the heat wasn’t reaching the radiators. Turns out we had a bigger issue not only with our boiler unit but also our chimney. Lino came out told me what my options were and answered any questions we had. We replaced the entire system because the previous owners just let it rot away. I can’t describe how professional this company is & how hard they work. They are honest & let you know right up front what the issues are.

It was important for me to hire someone who knew exactly what they were doing, and boy when I say I’m so happy I did it’s an understatement. This guys are the ones you want!

My A/C compressor died in the middle of major heat wave. Lino was responsive and quick to help us out- several other companies would not even come out for another week. He was so helpful to find the proper replacement and get us back to working state. Highly recommend!

I had a boiler blow out in my house and called a few places to come by and give me a quote. Lino's was by far the best and the job was done professionally and efficiently and had me back up and running with a brand new boiler that was installed the right way. I had no heat right at the peak of the latest Polar Vortex and I decided to call Lino's HVAC based on some friends recommendation. Although they were extremely busy they assured me that they would come to look at my problem. The 2 guys that came out were professional, spoke English and very quickly diagnosed my problem (a clogged drain hose). They had my system up and running in under an hour. The pricing was very reasonable and the service was excellent. I highly recommend them for anyone having HVAC issues.

Excellent service... Prompt, professional, courteous. I actually had other questions about system after the repair ( separate from the job ) and Lino personally stayed in contact with me via cell text very late into the night. He answered all my questions without any hesitation. Early the next morning all my issues had been completely resolved. In my experience, this sort of service is insanely difficult to find in this day and age. I HIGHLY recommend this gentleman.

I've known Lino since having him do a small job at my mothers home about a year ago. Over the holidays when the weather dropped into single digits, the furnace at my 98 year old mothers house went bad. Trying to find someone during the New Years Day holiday to replace a furnace on short notice is VERY difficult to say the least. Lino stepped to the plate and got it done faster than anyone could and didn't gouge me in the process. He even dropped off space heaters to help get us by until he could get to us. His people are polite and were clean and respectful and did a great job. Lino's pricing is competitive and he will be the first to return if there is an issue. I couldn't be happier with his service and highly recommend him to everyone looking for an honest heating and cooling guy.
