America Home Crafters met with Jay Kayati, and was told it was going to be a quick fix and they will have service guys to come if we pay in full. Service guys came in with no correct tools, and had to go to Home Depot. So that quick fix is a LIE!!!

We call out for service call as the air-conditioning is not working, talked to Bobby on the phone, and was denied for service so they won't be sending anyone ever!!!

My air conditioning unit just wasn't working well and couldn't cool the house AND the unit wasn't really that old. Alper said that though the unit was fine, the original attic ducts should be replaced. Alper replaced my air conditioning ducts and then added insulation to the attic last September. My heating bills were 40% lower last year!!! We have only had a few really hot days so far this year, but I can feel the difference in the air flow. I was so pleased with their work, I moved my heating and cooling maintenance contracts to them. Their service is great. I highly recommend them.

Alber Service is my new go to company for heating and cooling. They provided excellent communication throughout the process and service techs were friendly, professional, and efficient.

The Alber team removed the old attic insulation, and sealed all seams and gaps, then installed vents in the bays and blew in new cellulose insulation. They also sealed all joints and gaps then insulated the exposed ducts in the basement and garage. John explained every step to me and he and his team were very thorough and professional. I am very happy with the results and feel this was money well-spent.

I called Alber because I was having issues with my heating system. They sent a technician out within 2 hours. He was very professional, honest and friendly. He diagnosed the issue, ordered a part, picked it up, installed it and had my system back up and running less than 4 hours after I called them. They totally exceeded my expectations and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

I was having a problem with my heater. It was running extremely too hot. The tech that came to my home was Brian. He was very knowledgeable. He fixed the heater. It’s been working great ever since he left. I will definitely use this company again if I have problems.

Tom Murphy and Casey were on time, professional and very friendly. They worked diligently and kept the area neat and clean. The finished result looks so much better than the old system. I am delighted to have Alber providing my HVAC system and service.

The technician that worked this time did a fine job diagnosing the problem and repairing it. The issue I had however was caused by the fact the AC check and tune up that was done in the spring, removed the humidity pad last spring. As a result when the humidity dropped, I had water dripping from the unit in the house. The problem I just had fixed was caused by the missing humidity pad, taken out by a different Alber technician last spring. Alber is usually very good. I know what I am looking for and will keep an eye out for it next time.

Tom is very nice, experienced and gets the job done on time! I highly recommend Alber for all of your HVAC needs and issues. Very pleased with the work done for us.
