Alber Service Co

I have been with Alber Service Co. for many years now. They put in a gas steam heating unit to replace my old oil unit, saved thousands of dollars a year in heating costs. Not happy with mess up on chimney, but they made it right. Just replaced by thirty year old heater and air conditioner. Sales person came out quickly, price was good, installation scheduled for the next week, showed up on time and got the work done within the time frame promised. Christ and Tyler did a very nice job on the installation and made adjustments when necessary even if they had to get a new heating unit, the one they had was too banged up, and exchanged items that were found to be not right. Kept the house fairly clean though they walked through it multiple times over two days. Would highly recommend Alber Service Co. My experience with yearly service and services calls has all been positive.

Brian was very professional and had extensive knowledge on heating systems. He was honest and did a great job. Alber services are the best!!!

Earle is very knowledgeable and professional. I love construction and he happily talked to me as I asked questions about what the crew was working on. So far, service has been exceptional.

My heater broke down at 3am before big snow storm.. only company out of 4 others that I called that came out right away during the storm. Very professional and reasonable. Will definitely recommend them in the future. Thank you for getting my heater fixed during this snow storm. You guys are AWESOME!!

After several years of other companies trying to figure out why our electric bills were so high and part of our house didn't heat/cool like it should. Bill was able to figure it all out right away. New duct work and sealing up up all duct work, insulating our attic and making our home energy efficient. The entire crew that did all the work was very professional, hardworking, courteous, polite and keep the house clean. Great company and highly recommend them!

Alber Service Co. was such a professional company to work with when we wanted to get a range hood and bathroom fan ductwork installed. Bill helped us figure out exactly what we wanted and put up with our pickiness and questions. Earle came to do the job and was super trustworthy and thorough. Rather than rushing through the job, he stayed late and even came on his day off to make sure that the project was finished well. Everything looks and works beautifully!

Jon & his crew were GREAT. Would also add Repectful, Courteous & kept the house clean. Saw the team before leaving for work. Kept me advised of what was done each day. Answered any questions. Could not have asked for a better company! I made my husband deal with everything (minus the initial call), but they told us what we needed. They also didn’t push that (because we needed both our heat and air replaced...and that’s not cheap) and offered a fix that would be a bandaid. We went for the whole fix and we couldn’t be happier! I could go on about how great they are, but I just hope this review reaches others who need fast, quality service from a company that actually knows what they are doing.

Service appointment was great! Will definitely request for Brian to come out for our next maintenance visit.
