I know essentially nothing about this company, however I'm leaving this review because I received an unsolicited text advertising this company after providing my phone number on a waiver for a boat rental. I will remove this review if they stop paying for these obnoxious advertisements.

Replaced humidifier water hose which came loose allowing water to drip onto the floor around the furnace in the basement.

Joe is a great technician. He won’t leave your house until your problem has been resolved. He is knowledgeable, courteous and hard working. He is a tremendous asset to Alber and is highly recommended!

They were so easy to work with. Everyone was kind, on time, and professional. Will be using them again for any future ac/heating needs.

Joe fixed the thermo very quickly. Great job.

Troy provided maintenance work, discovered some HVAC issues, explained the problems & had someone from Alber out immediately to give me an estimate on replacing the HVAC system. Always satisfied with this company and have been a customer for 40yrs.

The best. Alber managed our oil to gas conversion, keeping our single-pipe steam system radiators and installing a new boiler and hot water heater. They managed the South Jersey Gas and State of New Jersey paperwork for rebates, etc. At the end of the project we had dramatically lower energy bills, and more comfortable house. These folks know that they're doing.

Outstanding installation of Arzel panel and inspection of dampers. The guys (Chris and crew) were very organized and efficient. They cleaned up the area and did a good job of explaining the new panel.

Joe was on time as usual , he did excellent work in a tricky situation that could have blown up into a real mess. Faced with a nut that was seized up and could have destroyed an expensive piece of equipment, Joe used an innovative technique to free up the bolt and complete the repair. Experience counts My wife and I always feel more secure having Joe do our maintenance or a repair. We believe that whatever the situation Joe will handle it the best way possible. He’s smart , he’s knowledgeable, he’s resourceful, he’s all you can ask for.

Jon Garcia and Tommy Gonzalez and Luis did great work. They took the time to explain and show me what they were doing. Very professional and friendly. They did an great job of cleaning up when the work was completed. Would recommend this company.
