Incredibly fast service and was able to provide services next day! Some other quotes I got to just come out were ridiculous. This was fast, reasonable and reliable!!! Thank you!!!!

Jason assessed my A/C issue, provided options for repair and/or replacement, and gave me a detailed written estimate. He installed my new HVAC unit as we discussed and followed up a few days later to make sure the unit was working satisfactorily.

Our AC conked out the 3rd day of the first heat wave of the season. We contacted our AC maintenance company and had to leave a call back number. After a lengthy delay we did get a call back but the soonest appointment was 4 days out. Their technician did come, assessed the situation and made repairs that he thought were needed. Unfortunately the AC conked out again 24 hours after the system activated.
Disgusted by the experience we sought the recommendation from our neighbor who spoke highly of his experience with My Heating Guy.
Our telephone call was promptly returned by Jason and he said he would be there that afternoon to assess the situation. He arrived promptly, assessed our system and gave us his plan of corrective actions. Upon learning our system was only 6 years old he volunteered to pursue our warranty coverage with the manufacturer. The next day he replaced the needed part. The day after the installation he called to see if all was good and said that he would be available should any problems arise.

Based on this experience with My Heating Guy (Jason) we will be using them in the future and highly recommend the company.

Jason in now My Heater guy for life! He was very quick to respond to my no heat call, working into the night for 2 nights to get my furnace running. He drove all over NJ getting the parts to rebuild what would have taken days & more $ to get from the factory. Jason was like a machinist crafting parts to rebuild what was not available to replace. He even called the next day to ensure the furnace was working & gave me somethings to check & keep an eye on. Now That’s Customer Service and someone that is dedicated to making sure everything is working well!!! Jason was my 2nd opinion for my furnace as the 1st guy I called gave me a 10 min diagnosis that the furnace needs replacing for $8 - 11k😳 Jason was recommended to me by a neighbor that owns a construction company and has used Jason many times over the years. Jason is someone you can TRUST!

Jason is by far the best Repair technician I have ever had. I bought my home 3 years ago, it was VA inspected and certified. However, within the first year my furnace unit was leaking, through a friend, I was put in contact with Jason. His response time was immediate and punctual. With the inspection on my unit, Jason found that the vents were completely filled with suit and debris. This was causing carbon monoxide to enter the home. I could not imagine why I was feeling so sick within the first year of living here. Jason fixed the vents, making sure that my home was healthy again. He did all of this work, and also saved me money, by not coming in and replacing the entire unit. Just this past weekend, my AC unit decided to stop working. I called Jason, and he was here within the hour... (on a Saturday). He checked the unit, AC was fixed within 10 minutes! He is the most trustworthy, honest and reliable technician I have ever used. He will do his best to not charge an arm and leg for his services, while also making sure he is not just selling you on goods you don't need.

Jason had come to my home 2yrs ago to evaluate my AC unit in 90 Degree weather that very same day. Jason stated that I was going to require a new unit as the compressor was going bad. He looked up my Unit by Model and Serial number and told me 30 minutes later that the system would be covered under warranty if the company that installed it or myself had registered the unit with Goodman. Well, the company failed to register the product and so did I so Goodman would not warranty the compressor. Jason rigged my system and had got me 2 more years out of it. May 4th 2021 I called Jason back to replace my unit as it had finally quit on me. Jason remembered who I was and provided me with a quote over the phone on May 5th Jason installed my new unit May 6th My Heating Guy was extremely professional on time very meticulous honest and went above and beyond in explaining everything that he had accomplished at my home. I will forever use Jason to service my Heating or AC unit moving forward. 1 last thing 3hrs later Jason returned to my home with a laminated copy of my new registered AC and Warranty that he completed himself. Jason was absolutely excellent. He worked hard to install my new HVAC system. His work is impeccable. He pays attention to the little things that others just skip. I would recommend Jason and his crew for anything HVAC, Pool Heater, Wall units, etc.

Update 12/06: I had Jason and his crew come back to replace my hot water heater. It's on the 3rd floor (next to the HVAC system) and, as expected, they did a perfect job. Clean, correct and when promised. I know this might read like I was paid for this review but This is the third job Jason's done for us and I could not be happier with him.

I am very pleased with Jason at My Heating Guy. My central air compressor wasn't operating properly. Jason came and fixed it quickly. ..same day. No waiting 2-3 days for service. He follows up and checks on his work too. When another tech wanted me to replace the entire unit, Jason fixed it for me. Saved me a lot of money plus he is always pleasant and friendly. Normally, when you call for service, you get the runaround. Sometimes you have to leave a message and someone will call you. Other times, you leave that message and you never hear back from anyone. Not with Jason. He is by far the best service tech I've ever had. After replacing my AC unit two years back, he told me to keep him on speed dial if we needed anything. Recently, it needed a slight tuneup and we had an issue with our hot water heater. We sent a text message. Instead of saying "I can't get there until tomorrow," he said "I'll see you in 20 min." Well recommended. Thanks Jason!
