Jason was outstanding !! I had called because of no heat on an older unit , Jason took his time to evaluate the problem which turned out to be several issues and fixed each one . He was fast in returning phone calls and arrived on time or early , and very reasonably priced I would recommend him to anyone and now he is My heating Guy thank you again

Jason did an excellent job fixing our Central Air just in time before this summers hottest day. He explained what was wrong with our unit, on time and didn't overcharge us. When I called My Heating Guy Heating & Cooling, Jason came right out and worked all day to get my heat working again in my house rhe outside Temps were in the single digits. He would not give up until I had heat through out my house. His prices were very reasonable, I recommend him to all my friends and they all love him and call him anytime they need heat or A/C.

Jason is excellent. He worked with me to find the best solution for my home. Having an older home, I have limited options for air conditioning on my first floor. He was able to fix the issue I had on the 2nd floor of my home and solved the issue with AC on the other that prevented a whole home solution. I now have AC throughout. He worked with me to not only address my concerns, but did so while being cost conscience without sacrificing quality. I would highly recommend his services.

My experience with Jason was terrific. Our air conditioner broke and we spoke to a lot of venders. We had some some special problems Jason was able to solve all of our problems. The worst problem was the intense heat. Jason survived that problem for us. He really went out his way for us. I. Would definitely recommend Jason. I also liked his attitude. He is a very postive person and that makes everyone very comfortable 👍🏻

Jason is very honest, reliable and reasonable! I can’t say enough about him, he shows up as soon as he can, returns phone calls promptly, explains everything clearly, handles it all with a smile and doesn’t over charge you! He actually looks to see if he can repair something not just say it has to be replaced. I will always use him and refer My Heating Guy to anyone! In todays world his integrity is a blessing to find!

Jason was wonderful. He explained everything he was doing. Had us up and running in an hour. Very nice guy who really knows what he is doing. If you need your air fixed you better call him. I will recommend him to everyone i know.

Jason is an excellent service technician! Our ten year old Goodman condenser fan motion failed and he was able to troubleshoot it, replace the motor and had us running again in no time. I highly recommend him and his company!

Side note / lesson learned. Do not buy a Goodman product as the manufacturer does not stand behind it. When I had the unit installed ten years ago I thought Goodman was a reputable company and maybe they were but no more. Tech support is horrible and they could care less about customer service.
Apparently my original installer never sent in the registration so what may have been a ten year warranty was reduced to five years. It’s fixed but if anything else happens I’m switching the Trane

My Heating Guy was efficient and very thorough. He paid close attention to detail . He explored options that other contractors ignored. He cared about our satisfaction with the service he provided. He undertakes trouble shooting your heating and Air conditioning issues as a personal challenge. He does not give up or walk away from you. Incredibly, he call you back days / weeks later to ask how is everything going with the units!!! That aspect of his service clearly illustrates he takes pride in the service he has provided . I highly recommend My Heating Guy without any reservation.
