Called Jason because my heat wasn't working. He called me back within 10 minutes and was at my home within an hour to address the problem (on a Sunday). He was very professional, answered all questions I had, and even offered advice on future repairs/maintenance that may be needed and how they could be completed by a homeowner. While he was here, he took the time to look over the entire system and assess any safety concerns due to having an older heating system. I sincerely appreciate that he was straight forward and so knowledgeable. If you're in need of a trustworthy heating and cooling company, I would highly recommend My Heating Guy! Jason was phenomenal! Called him on a Monday afternoon and he was at my home on Tuesday morning. Showed me exactly what the issue was with my heat and replaced the part. He is very professional, honest, reliable and efficient contractor. Highly recommend Jason for all of your HVAC needs!

Jason repaired the boiler system and replaced hot water heater at my mom's in forked river. He was extremely helpful and professional. Instead of replacing the entire old system that she asked for, he identified only what needed to be repaired and helped decide the best option and was very fair and transparent with pricing. He was very responsive and on time and even took the time to explain all of the repairs and how to use the new equipment

Jason was incredible to work with! I called him the night before as a new customer. My heating system failed and the next day he found parts and we were good to go in less than 24 hours. You can’t beat service like that!

Had trouble with my heat after the storm came through. We called Jason and he came over within an hour of the phone call. He was very informative and helpful, as well as giving us advice, and what to look out for any future occurrences. I certainly recommend him. I can't remember being so satisfied with a repair service. Jason was immediately responsive and offered emergency services we so desperately needed. In the horrible heat wave, the interior of our house was registering over 90 degrees! Jason was friendly and knowledgeable and got right to work. He kept us informed along the way and was very straightforward about what we could expect. Once all was said and done, Jason sas able to make the necessary repairs and now the A/C system is working better than ever, truly! The best part of the service was Jason's integrity.
