Taught me a few things I didn't know about my own unit. He was crucial in clearing the gunk that was preventing me from using my AC. If you've ever been on the second floor in an LA house in the summer than you know how grateful I am. He was efficient and resourceful. Wonderful service and expertise. Our heater went out two days before my wife was due to go into labor and Alex came to the rescue immediately and saved the day. He was professional, an expert, and a good human to be around. If it wasn’t for his quick responsiveness, our house could’ve burnt down; but he got there within an hour, mitigated the furnace fire, and fixed the furnace to bring heat back.
