My husband and I recently contracted with Elite Air, Inc. for our heating and cooling system seasonal maintenance. Elite Air sent out a Technician, Carlos, who completely and competently examined our system explaining what he was doing as he did it. In addition to normal maintenance he also installed an integrated UV light to improve our air quality.
We also asked to discuss improvements that we could make to modernize our HVAC system. As a result of a discussion with Joe, the sales representative, we proceeded with replacing our old HVAC system with a new high efficiency system. Joe was great to talk to and took the time to help us choose the best system for our needs. The install crew of Travis and Sal came and installed the new system including putting in a new steam humidifier and reinstalling the UV light. The installation was smooth and they took a great deal of time explaining what they were doing and how the new system would operate and provide heating efficiencies. They did an excellent job with the install.
After the system was in place for a few weeks, we requested a technician to come out and help us "balance" the system as we were getting some temperature fluctuations in different parts of the house. Tristan came out and did an outstanding job of explaining the reasons for the temperature variations. He did a very thorough examination of the ducts and how the heat registers were set in each room. He made some adjustments and some recommendations to help the temperature be more consistent throughout the house.
All of the technicians we have had come to our home were great and more than adequately demonstrated their skills as excellent HVAC technicians. They truly cared about having our HVAC system installed and working properly and efficiently to meet our needs. The entire team of folks at Elite were all great to deal with, very courteous and extremely professional. We would highly recommend Elite Air, Inc. for your HVAC needs.

Jorel was excellent in all aspects! Friendly, professional, definitely very knowledgeable, and very trustworthy. I will ask for him anytime I need another service call.

Bruno, the technician that came in was extremely friendly and explained through every step he was performing.
He was kind enough to answer through a plethora of my questions regarding hvacs and heat pumps even though they were not concerning his current visit.

Jorel from Elite Air did a great job in reviving our A/C unit during a recent heat wave. He took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and to explain what would most likely be needed in the future for our A/C system. Jorel was friendly, personable and knowledgeable.

Will not stop harassing me for the final 10% payment which is being withheld since they never got the permit from the township. I have repeatedly told them to stop calling me if they dont have the permit and they keep harassing me.

Elite Air has done a wonderful job for us over the years that we have engaged them. They are prompt, friendly and reasonable in price. their service technicians are very upbeat and personable.

Cory was my tech from Elite Air. He did an inspection and maintenance on my HVAC system and installed a new filtration system. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Josh Brown has just trouble shot a heating issue and completed a 6 months service.

I requested Josh for this service and I have not been disappointed.

He is patient, deliberate, skilled and a listener. He never once gave the impression that he had to leave for another job and he taught me a lot during the visit.

I will request him again for the spring service.

We decided to hire Elite Air rather than one of their competitors because of the specific solution they developed for our unique HVAC installation. Also one key deciding factor is that they could have recommended a more expensive solution given our situation but they did not. The salesperson came across as trustworthy and having our best interests in mind. I feel comfortable recommending them to anyone who asks.
