They are great - prompt and easy service calls, let you know when service tech is on the way, fair pricing. The techs are thorough, friendly, and very knowledgeable. All in all a great company to work with.

Outstanding service! The technician, Bruno showed up earlier than anticipated, very professional and courteous. He asked in advanced if there were any questions before he proceeded to inspect the furnace. He conducted a thorough inspection and gave me a detailed report on the operational status of the furnace and a couple of suggestions for preventative maintenance. Very pleased with the service and will most likely go back to have the suggested service done 👍🏼

My boiler stopped working on a very cold Monday. After calling a few HVAC companies who all told me they had no available appointments until the end of the week, I called Elite Air. They understood the criticality of my issue and sent Cory D. to my place instantly. Cory promptly showed up and was extremely professional, thorough, and courteous. He worked diligently to troubleshoot my boiler issues, obtain the correct replacement components, and got my boiler up and running quickly after returning with the parts (which were difficult to obtain due to the age of my boiler). Cory walked me through the system and things to monitor in the future. He also cleaned up the work area and left the area cleaner than when he arrived! Cory provided some of the best service I’ve ever received and did so with a smile. Thank you Elite Air and Cory D for the superior customer service. I highly recommend.

Sal and Brendon are highly knowledgeable, courteous professionals, experts who paid great attention to the details of the job, including cleanup, which was thorough. My installation was challenging because of space restrictions that required a lot of tight work and fitting. They pulled the whole project off with excellence. Great team, great value, great job! I recommend Elite Air because they were responsive, answered my questions, and fulfilled their promise in installing heat for me. During the Job, Joe, Jim & Eric were extremely professional and considerate of their impact on the home at large, cleaning up after themselves (and it was a messy job).
I tend to be very involved - asking questions, doing my own research, etc. I find the strength of Elite Air to be responding to your expressed needs. They make a single recommendation that they feel is best, and also are very responsive and knowledgeable in responding to requests about possible variations to the project needs.

We called Elite regarding an install for a ductless heating unit and within 2 days they fit us on their schedule. The work they did was excellent and their technicians explained all we needed to know from using the unit to how to maintain it. They kept the house very clean and left it spotless as if nobody was ever here.

Disappointed - Business Heading in the Wrong Direction.
I have been an Elite customer for over 20 years. We have purchased 3 heaters and 3 A/C units from this business. There was a time when I could have added Elite to my list of family owned, customer-centric, “mom & pop” businesses (read my other reviews) but that is no longer the case.
Let’s start with the positive. The technicians who come out to both install and service the equipment are honest, hardworking, professional, well-trained people who do an excellent job. It’s been a pleasure having them at my home to install and perform service. The gentleman who is responsible for selling and providing estimates is kind, courteous and professional. He responds to calls, follows up in a timely fashion and tries to do the right thing when it is within his control. The people in the office outside of management are also easy to do business with.
A few years ago I noticed Elite taking a new direction. They brought in a new business manager to help run the business. Around this time, I noticed new practices during my semi-annual maintenance visits. The technicians frequently had something new they were instructed to upsell during the visit. Recently, I received my bill for my planned maintenance contract (Comfort Plus Club). This is 2022 and my price has increased by 26%!! There is certainly inflation in play during this time but last year's inflation was closer to 7%. I called to question this and I was put through to the business manager’s voicemail. A few days later I contacted my salesman who did follow up with me. He pleaded my case but there was nothing else he could do. The business manager NEVER returned my call. There is no justification for treating a long, loyal customer this way outside of greed. This is no longer a company that operates like your local, family-owned business who is concerned for its customers. It’s becoming like a big corporation where profits over people are the priority. I will continue this relationship while my fairly new A/C units are under warranty. My heaters are 12 years old and when the technicians tell me it's time for them to be replaced, I’m going to look for a new business partner. If you are looking for a new HVAC business partner that values you as an individual customer, I recommend you look elsewhere.
