The team did a great job. Removed the old unit easily and got the new one in quickly. Ran into some trouble while testing and to their credit stayed late to make sure everything was working properly. It's been working flawlessly since and we're very happy.

The salesman from Hamilton was really good, and much more than just there to sell. He knows the trade and followed the job step by step ensuring all was performed correctly. The technicians were also great. I felt like they were all my friends by the end. Great job!

I called this morning at 7 because the furnace wasn’t working. Even though they had a training meeting this morning Joe was at our house by 10 and the furnace was working and the system was fully tested by 11.
Joe was helpful, gave a detailed explanation of the problem and what he was doing. Very professional.

Josh was extremely courteous and helpful. He went out of his way to help address another problem which may just be unsolvable - nothing to do with our heating or air-conditioning (clothes moths). He seemed to be thorough and I hope he services our home in the Fall.

I used Elite to have a new furnace installed and all I can say is they did an outstanding job from start to finish. Joe Wear the owner came out and spent so much time designing our new system, answering questions and making sure everything would work perfectly.We had a unique situation living in a townhome where the furnace is in the middle of the first floor and the main air return is in the living room. This situation has caused me noise issue for 16 years. They were the ONLY HVAC contractor that was willing and able to fix this situation for us.

Joe Montalvo, who is their salesman met with us many times, answered dozens of questions patiently and with enough knowledge that we felt comfortable moving ahead. Every time I had a question prior to install I called Joe and he always had a reassuring knowledgeable answer for me.

On the day of the install Bruce and Travis were sent to install the new furnace and relocate my main air return as well as adding new ductwork to my closet. They were two of the nicest, patient, most knowledgeable techs I have ever met. The install took 2 days in the sweltering heat. They worked through lunch, stopped to answer any questions or concerns I had and worked diligently to get the job done right.

Joe Wear the owner and Joe Montalvo were both on hand to check on the progress, tie up any last minute changes and were so patient. Their customer service skills are impeccable and my happiness was their main concern.

On the second day it was time to turn on the new system. I can tell you it is the most quiet furnace I could have imagined. They relocated the main air return so I have a new quiet living room that I can use to watch my television thanks to Elite. For 16 years the noise in my living room was so unbearable due to that main air return being on my main wall. They were able to figure a better place to relocate it and my living room is now a place to live and relax. I love my new Lennox furnace it exceeded any expectations that I had by far. Everyone that comes into my home compliments the quietness.

In short, I would never ever use anyone again for HVAC needs. they are simply the best. I have and would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs. Top Notch!

Their service is fine, but they charged quite higher than other companies

Our central air would not start at the beginning of hot weather here. Elite''s service man was courteous and very thorough in checking out the problem which had to do with an outside fuse box holder not connecting properly to the fuse box receptacle. Our unit was and continues to be working beautifully. When we replace our 16 year unit, we wIll definitely purchase it from Elite!

Fast service, economical and step by step service provided. Tech Jorel did a system check and then explained root of problem and showed us malfunctioning parts before replacing.
