Sal and Jon were great, showed up on time and were very professional. They kept the work area clean and answered all of my questions. Also have to give props to Bruno, who came out for the initial service call, and Joe who went over the pricing and options for our new unit and installation. Would definitely recommend Elite Air!

Called because the thermostat wasn't functioning correctly.
Cory and another fellow came out (sorry I forgot his name) and checked out the whole system and replaced the thermostat.
Both fellows were super helpful and have great customer service.

Our service tech Bruno was polite and very knowledgeable. We were sent a text just before he arrived with a picture so we could easily identify him. He also called to let us know when he would be here. He was right on time. He explain the process with every step. Very polite. Good service!!!

I found the experience very satisfying the Gentleman arrived on time prepared the work area went to work .they got out my OLD unit and replaced it with a very efficient new one. Jim and Eric were friendly and engaging .Professional and very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions .The price was also very reasonable I'd recommend Elite air to anyone looking for their sevices.

Horrible experience. they will charge 2-5X more than other experts for the same job and suggest fixes for problems that don't exist. they wanted to charge me $1500 for a job. A different company fixed it for $160.
If you use them try to get a different opinion.
Would highly recommend working with ANYONE else!

Didn't bother with them. I asked a simple question which was... Do you offer a inspection of a AC system. What I got as an answer was it's 115 to come out and look at it + I said I looked at it it's working. You can get a tune up anywhere else with the ridiculous 25.00 fuel surcharge and still get it cheaper. Maybe if you answered my question things could have been different. Instead you are horribly overpriced and will not even be considered for a estimate on a new energy efficient system. I hope you are proud of yourselves.

Elite Air was very accommodating in sending out a technician promptly.
Cory was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable . He explained everything he was performing on our heating system plus more. He followed Covid-19 precautions which we greatly appreciated. Cory is a 5!!!

I recently moved into the house and noticed that there was a puddle on the floor coming from the furnace. I called this morning and the office said that they could send someone out no later than 4. Cory and Travis arrived earlier than I expected. They were amazing! Of course the parts have to be ordered for the leak coming from the trap. They checked everything else out and explained everything to me! I even requested the yearly service plan.

This company showed up within a few hours of calling to repair my central AC. From the initial phone call to the repair every step was professional friendly and efficient. Cory was my tech and I couldn't have ask for better.
