BEWARE! This company may rip you off.

As far as the actual work goes, they did a good job replacing my A/C unit, and at first I liked and trusted the people at this company. In fact, until a few days ago, I was planning to give them a 5-star review. However, there was a bank fiasco and, long story short, I ended up overpaying by 50%. I asked them to refund the mistaken payment and they acted like they were willing, but kept stringing me along about needing to make sure the funds cleared. Meanwhile, I read a Google review that said these people were thieves, but chose to be patient and trust them to resolve the issue. After about two weeks, they finally issued me a check, and I figured that was it. Except now I discover that the check bounced, even though I waited all that time for the owner to absolutely ensure the funds were available. I called the owner and he said he would call me yesterday afternoon. He never did. Given how many chances I've given them to make this right, I am out of patience and trust. I am escalating this to the BBB and, if I have to, a claim in court.

UPDATE: Damon Norman, the owner, continues to promise to call and never does, has hung up on me, and is ignoring the Better Business Bureau complaint. So I am going to have to take him to small claims court. Do not trust this person. He may do the initial work, he may even have competent people working from him, but Damon himself is just a petty thief.

UPDATE: Damon Norman didn't even bother to show up to court. I've received a default judgment and will be pursuing the LLC's assets.
