Brandon, the technician, arrived on schedule, and was friendly, capable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the reason for unusual sounds our system was making and came up with a possible fix. He then was able to perform the scheduled spring maintenance service.

Tom C. was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and thorough when he completed a full service on our Weil McLain boiler on an emergency basis when it went into ignition lock out this past Friday during a very cold weekend. He had to locate and drive to out of the area to pick up a maintenance kit for our boiler in order to complete the emergency repair. I highly recommend him to service/repair your heating/air conditioning equipment.

The company was very responsive in sending out the technicians to do a maintenance check on my A/C. It was found that the coil in the attic needed cleaning. I was advised by the manager that the company could do this, and that I would be sent an estimate for the work. That was in September 2022. I sent several emails. Got a few responses back, advising me that it would be sent. Never sent. I had to hire another company to finish the work.

I called the company to report that wall thermostat of HVAC system was not working(blank screen). A technician was sent in less than two hours and repairs were immediately done. Technician was very polite, knowledgeable & helpful.

We have used Precision Air Inc. for our house and all rental properties for over 25 years. They keep themselves up to date on the current HVAC technology and do quality work. Techs are well trained, friendly and respectful of your property. Response time is good, especially for emergency call outs. The annual maintenance contracts are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.

+++ Update 11/07/2022
Today I got the installation of the by-pass humidifier. Announcement of the visit took place last week via email and they arrived at 10am, so within their mentioned time frame of 10am - 1pm. They did their job as supposed to be and cleaned up very well. I cannot talk about the performance yet as we don't have the dry air season yet but I believe that Tom is very knowledgeable and skilled. During my lunchbreak I was also able to meet them in person and I had a quick chat about my previous dissatisfaction with Precision Air. I believe that it was caused due some miscommunication, or better misassumption of facts which caused the initial troubles but I don't think it was on purpose. Therefore, I am giving now 5 stars as I think it is a good company and local present for many years! I only hope, they call me back sooner next time, that's all!

+++ Update 10/25/2022+++
Not even five minutes after submitting this review I had the estimate in my inbox and the day after I even received a friendly phone call from Tom. He did not mention the lack of communication but however, an install date with 11/7/2022 is now fixed. I know it’s difficult to keep track about all inquiries as a small business and therefore I’m increasing my star review from 1 to 3 so far!+++

Pretty disappointed about their customer relationship management. Was with Tom, the owner - on the phone on 10/5 to discuss a humidifier project which I postponed in June as there was no need in summer time. He remembered well and we discussed to get another quote for a different model.
As on 10/19 there was still no email or phone call I called and their secretary told me she’ll send a reminder to Tom in this regard. I was politely and accepted that as I think it may be a good company.
After two more days on 10/21 still no answer from them. I called again their secretary and I got the same excuse with apologies as before and that she’ll send out another reminder. I was always polite and am still waiting as of today 10/23 at night!
This is for me pretty unprofessional even if you were work overloaded you would give your clients at least a short message that you didn’t forget them but in this case nothing at all after three polite phone calls!
If you don’t want my business just let me know, I still would have loved using you as it seems you did the initial HVAC installation in that house I bought recently and I like to keep things in their original hands as they were before.
PS: I am willing to update this review as soon as the lack of communication disappears and even some work may be finished.
