The technician was on time and did an excellent job of determining the source of the fault code that was displayed on the thermostat, and then explained it to me in layman terms. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was courteous, polite and professional. He then performed the routine maintenance on my unit, changing filters and cleaning the system.
