Grainger Industrial Supply

I had a great experience with Grainger I couldn’t find this part nowhere. It was a part for my power washer. A pressure release valve I looked everywhere. Just when I was about to give up I was talking to my boss about it he Asked me if tried Grainger? So I called Grainger they had the part but not in Clifton at another location but they told they would have the next day. They emailed saying it was there around 9am. This was in May in the middle of the epidemic. Once again thank you Grainger she’s running again like when I bought her 8 years ago. I read the other reviews I guess you win some you lose some but I never had a problem with them to be honest.

Worst industrial supply company ever...I purchased a Dayton attic ventilator fan recently and they do not sell a replacement thermostat for it. Granger owns Dayton and they still can’t make it happen. If you want to look at a product that they don’t have in stock they put a hold for the amount on your bank account and then release it, meanwhile those funds are not available in your account for five business days. Some of the counter people are good, some of them are in their early 20s and have no idea about anything. They used to be the best company now they are the worst... The tech-support people are also uninformed, my advice is to go someplace else

Everyone except the woman who waited on me was pleasant. After giving her my information as far as the online purchase I made she gets an attitude and mubbles a rude comment under her breath. Anyway thanks for the help obtaining what I came for. I'll thank twice about this location next time

Took more than 30 mins to pick up spray paint that I had ordered online. First was told to wait outside then in my car. Only had pickups this bad when covid just started.

Grainger Clifton is one of my favorite places to go employees is courteous and very knowledgeable of what I’m looking for. They’ve been very helpful in providing 100% satisfactory customer service I will continue to go to Granger put all my supplies in each and that’s in Clifton. I’d rather go into the store and deal with the courteous employees instead of going online. Many thanks to the Granger team for the service that they provide to CBRE.

Easy to order and pick up boxes & supplies at curbside. Boxes are extremely durable and affordable.

Omg. Give yourself an entire day to run in and grab a SIMPLE item. First the line, the workers move like snails and despite 5 counters only 1 worker at first. Then a MILLION key strokes to get a SIMPLE tool. Followed by a snail then going to retrieve the tool from the warehouse. Then you have to wait from the printer for a receipt and signature!! There were 14 people in line when I left with my special BROOM. Skip the aggravation if possible and order online.
