I had the pleasure of Copperhead Plumbing do a job at my house. The service tech was extremely courteous, polite, professional, and friendly. He had to rebuild part of my main sewer line. The was done in less than 5 hrs. And the price was just about what I expected. Great company.

Excellent service. I had underground drainage pipes that were in need of repair. Ben efficiently located the problem by snaking a camera through the drain. I appreciated that he explained everything. He even sent videos of the work in progress. His work was excellent and I will definitely call Copperhead again for my next plumbing job.

Could not be happier with their service. Within four hours of calling, they were here, fixed our heat and were incredibly nice, professional and efficient. We will only be using Copperhead/Thomas from now on

I have been in business now personally for over 44 years. I have never experienced a plumbing company like Copperhead Plumbing. In the last two months we have
replaced our old steam boiler with new hot water radiator boiler. (removing of our old steam boiler and all old steam pipes)
Hot water heater at work location and just now another water heater at our home. Copperhead takes their business seriously. They are neat and clean. Clean up after every job, and the work is done perfectly. We needed them for weekend emergency repair work last week as well they are there and reliable. All their employees are kind and considerate.

Copperhead is and will forever be our go to plumber. We have been using them for many years. Their skill level is the highest.

Another great example was last Sunday night when we had a pipe break at 7pm. We had no water with a family going into a new week. I called the emergency line and Joe showed up within an hour! His work and friendliness was exceptional as always and he did minimal cutting of the wall so I could easily repair it myself saving me another expense. Other plumbers might have taken advantage of the emergency situation and Copperhead is a company we can trust that would never do that, so that’s another reason we only use Copperhead.We were back up an running in one hour and fifteen minutes!

Everyone at Copperhead is great and I am always impressed with Joe. After this experience where Joe truly saved us, we will always put in a special request for Joe to come on any service call.

I cannot say enough Great things about Copperhead Plumbing!! After calling several other services in the area who did nothing (and I mean nothing!) to figure out where the leak in our ceiling was coming from, Ben figured it out after running complete diagnostics. Not only did he figure it out quickly but was able to fix it without tearing out the ceiling. The entire company is so easy and professional to work with. The plumber we were assigned to was Ben - he is Fantastic!!!!! Thank you guys!

I had sewage seeping into basement drains. Jim from Copperhead arrived 90 minutes after I called and solved the problem. He explained my options and went all out to solve the problem.

Had multiple problems including pressure and outside faucets. Jim came and did a great job of diagnosing explaining and fixing all issues. Quick, clean, efficient, and extremely professional. We thank Copperhead for alleviating our anxiety concerning water issues.
From the time I called on Friday to set up an appointment to the time Jim came yesterday it has been a great experience.
