We have been customers of Copperhead Plumbing for about 12 years. They are excellent.

I needed my waterheater replaced during covid-19 and was worried I would not be able to get help. Tom was fantastic at talking me through cost, date that the technician could come and help with any worries over the phone. The technician Nick was early for my appointment, wore a mask and gloves and confirmed price again and got to work. Very happy with the service and will be using them again.

Stellar service! I got an appliance installation the same day. It was quality work, and Nick was patient in explaining the work as he did it. Very polite. Used drop cloths everywhere and clean boot covers in the house. Only 4 stars until I see how well the new valve and dishwasher installation hold up, but I don't see why I won't revise to 5 stars.

Absolutely amazing service all around. They replaced my furnace with a much better model. Very honest company, as they very easily could have sold me on a larger unit. Instead, they explained to me the proper size for my home. I could not be happier with the performance that I am getting

We've been doing business with Copperhead for a few years and it's been wonderful in every way. This morning we woke up to no hot water, especially concerning with the current virus crisis. They were able to help us remotely. We sent them a picture, they got back to us right away and walked us through the fix over the phone. Tom, you rock! Thank you so much!

I had an emergency need to replace a water heater. This company demonstrates consummate professionalism. From the scheduling with Ben to the fact that the owner came to do the job himself! Tom was meticulous in his work and I had hot water again in several hours. I recommend them highly!
