Outstanding customer service. Joe was informative and did excellent work. We scheduled to have a sink faucet and shower fixture replaced. When turning off the water we realized we should replace the valve there too. I would definitely recommend Copperhead Plumbing.

Two days ago they came again to install a Reme Halo air purifier. They said they would be here from 12:00 to 2:00 and arrived shortly after 12:00 which was very much appreciated. Nick did an excellent job and spend a lot of unhurried time answering all of my questions, including questions unrelated to the job. He was the consumate professional.

We have been customers for many years and are always satisfied with the professionalism, skill and care we receive every time. We recently had an issue with our boiler that was very problematic. Jim was great in working to diagnose and get the problem resolved. He kept on top of the issue and along with Joe and Tom got the boiler up to date on services and functioning like new. Can’t say enough about Jim and the team, really a class act!!!

Our heat went down today, and Pete from Copperhead was able to come out within an hour. The problem was diagnosed, and our thermostat was replaced quickly and efficiently, and our heat was back on in no time.

Called Copperhead this morning after we woke up with no heat. Scheduled an appointment for the same day and already took care of our issue.
We dealt with Paul Marinelli who we found to be extremely professional and polite. Highly recommend this company and will definitely be a return customer based off this positive first impression.

I had a memorable experience with Copperhead Plumbing. The specialist fix my bathtub faucet and shower knob and found a leak behind the shower knob. He explained everything he was doing and why. He so incredibly kind and knowledgeable and tolerated an audience watching! LOL!! I will never use anymore else again!
