Copperhead Plumbing & Heating is a wonderful company. We've had nothing but excellent results with them. All of their plumbers are top notch, professional, friendly and hard-working. Tom always responds quickly when we call and is also professional and extremely helpful in getting someone out as quickly as possible. We had Paul out to our house recently and he did a fantastic job! We highly recommend Copperhead Plumbing & Heating.

Copperhead Plumbing & Heating do a phenomenal job with hvac installation. I was in a very old condo that needed a partial or complete overhaul of the heating & cooling. Tom came by to check the situation out. He made recommendations for reliable mid-range units that were in my budget. Once I was ready to go ahead with the project it was completed quickly. Tom's workers are friendly and seem to enjoy what they do. Never once did I feel pressured to upgrade to a level of unit I didn't need. If anything Tom offered me options to try to help save me money, as well as the best configuration long-term. I would definitely recommend them.

Copperhead folks were very professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. We need a Pressure Reducing Valve replaced. People answering the phones provided estimates and scheduled appointments, and were very good. The plumbers who visited were on-time, courteous, professional, and very competent. It turned out that the part needed was smaller and less expensive than the estimate, and they charged us less. He also checked a few other things and recommended against changes that were not needed.

I have been using Copperhead Plumbing for many years. This past New Years Eve, my hot water heater flooded my garage. Tom came out and in a few hours, installed a new one. Then a few weeks ago, temps at 26 degrees, my heater quit. Jim and Josh were at my house in 30 minutes. They were very knowledgeable, efficient and did excellent work. Copperhead is such a professional organization and there prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them for all your heating, a/c and plumbing needs.

Professional and reliable.. provided and installed a new water heater and removed existing, replaced circulator pumps on the furnace, replaced and repaired leaking plumbing fittings.

We have used Copperhead Plumbing and Heating three times. They fixed our 32 year old AC and furnace. They replaced our 32 year old AC and Furnace and they fixed our water heater. They have proven to be reasonable with their pricing (and we shopped around), they dealt with our PITA home warranty company and they are PROFESSIONAL! Scheduling appointments with Erin is a breeze as she follows up right anyway and is always able to accommodate my schedule. When our furnace stopped working right before Christmas she was able to get someone out right away and then schedule the replacement installation soon after, clearly empathetic to our situation as we were staying in a hotel. Whenever they arrive they immediately put on shoe covers and while friendly, do not waste any time while working. They are thorough in their explanations of the problem and have even left me the faulty parts should our warranty company require them. The employees working at the company that came to inspect the furnace/ac installation sang Copperhead’s praises as a company that does solid work. The Copperhead professionals I’ve worked with are Nick,Tom, and Ben. I have in no way been compensated for this review but understand that finding a reputable plumber can be a challenge so I hope this will help.

I’ve used Copperhead Plumbing & Heating to replace my water heater and air conditioner/furnace. On both occasions, their professionalism and responsiveness exceeded my expectations. For example, when I needed my air conditioning unit replaced, they spent a substantial amount of time listening to my needs, running tests, and considering a variety of potential solutions to the low flow I was experiencing through my upstairs ducts. This customer-centric approach led to a much better final result. I strongly recommend Copperhead as they will show up when they are supposed to and do the job right the first time. They are by far one of the better contractors that I have used.

A pipe to our water heater broke 2 night ago. Due to all the flooding by hurricane Ida every plumber contacted had a 2 week waitlist. With an infant and 3 year old at home we could not wait that long. When I called Copperhead Plumbing the next day Mary answered right away. She was so kind and understanding. She took my information to be added to a list and said she would do her best to get someone there ASAP! Low and behold that same day she had someone out to replace our hot water heater! I was blown away by the kindness, efficiency and professionalism. I know they were busy with lots of jobs and yet they still made time to get out to our house to fix our water heater that day! I can’t say enough good things about Copperhead Plumbing, Mary, the plumber Jim and his apprentice!

I've used Copperhead for several items over the past few years including a new water heater and a new AC system. We have had several of their plumbers at different times and everyone there is very professional and does a great job.

Had a smaller problem this weekend and after a 5 minute chat on the phone I was able to find and fix it!

Bottom line - this is a great group to work with. Always available and they do a great job!
