We received water damage from Ida and it fried our HVAC unit. Eddie came the same day I called, diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. Two days later he already had the part, and installed/fixed our HVAC. Price was reasonable and was very patient with all my questions!

Our home’s central A/C was making a lot of noise and then just quit working.

I called at 7:00 am and Eddie was here in a couple of hours. He quickly diagnosed that the problem was the blower fan motor. With the new part ordered, he had it fixed the next day. Worked around my work schedule. Reasonable price too!

I hope I don’t have any more problems with my HVAC... but if I do, this is who I will call!

Eddie helped make sure our new Mitsubishi heat pump was properly installed. He was incredibly knowledgeable and impressed me when he said me he was going to contact technical support before coming to my house. He showed up when he said he would and was fair with his price. Will use again and will recommend out to friends and family.

I had a recent problem with my thermostat and Eddie was very determined and focus to conclude my household problem. He was consistent with his work ethic and made sure that everything was working correctly throughout the house. We came home on a Friday night to find out our heat would not turn on. We called and Eddie was here by 2 pm the next day, which was a Saturday. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem for a more than reasonable rate. Highly recommend!

EDIT: I wanted to add an additional word. During the heat wave of July 2019, our air conditioning broke. I called Eddie, he was at our house in an hour, and quickly diagnosed the problem, working despite a thunderstorm. Great guy dedicated to his craft.

This winter was the first in our new home. We suddenly experienced an issue with our furnace short cycling where the thermostat would not get to the desired temperature before the furnace shut off. We originally contacted AJ Perri and were told that we need to replace our entire HVAC system at a total cost of ~$16,000 (DON'T EVER USE THEM). We also had PSEG come about 6 times. Every tech insisted that our HVAC unit was fine, but none of which could provide a good explanation or resolution to our issue. We called Google several times to troubleshoot our Nest and even replaced the thermostat 3 times! NOTHING! Then we called Eddie. Eddie came right away and took his time to understand the root cause before providing estimates based on assumptions. He also found that there was poor duct work as a result from a recent renovation in our kitchen which contributed to poor airflow, therefore, contributing the furnace to overwork itself. He was a able to finally diagnose the main issue with the short cycling to defective limit switches. 2 small devices that cost about $50 each. Once he replaced them, ISSUE SOLVED IMMEDIATELY. We also agreed to properly route the duct work in the kitchen per his recommendation, and add an additional vent in our dining room to help with air circulation. All in we paid less than a fraction of what we would have, had we been desperate enough to move forward with AJ Perri. I REPEAT, DO NOT CALL AJ PERRI! If you can, call Eddie to help with whatever you need. He was patient and super helpful. He was also kind enough to check in on us on those days where the temperatures were almost unbearable. Will definitely be using his services again if needed!

Eddie was awesome! Our air conditioning stopped working on a Saturday night with a one year old baby sleeping for the night and he came within one hour and got us fixed up within a few minutes. Luckily it wasn't a major problem. I would highly recommend him.

This company and its owner Eddie are simply excellent in all respects. It was recommended to me by both our builder and previous service company and they were spot on. Eddie was tremendously responsive even at odd hours and his work and thoroughness were splendid. And, the price was very reasonable. This is now our go-to company for all our residential HVAC work!

Eddie was terrific. Very efficient, courteous, flexible (came same day in the evening after work) and thorough. He was very focused on the job and was able to track down the problem and fix it. He is very honest. I will definitely use him again!! Five stars for sure!
