Eddie is such an honest person to work with. He helped our family a few days ago during the crazy snowstorm. We ran into some serious issues with our heater and he was with us every step of the way. He has followed up with us to resolve the issue and has even came out during the night so that we didn’t go without heat. His prices are reasonable and he is very professional. Without a doubt, we will be using him again and will be referring him to family.

I went on a way on vacation and came back to my heat and AC not turning. On the next day he came out and fully diagnosed my issue. Took the time to check all electric and panels. Just discover that it was the sensor. He even checked my air filter and changed it out for me. Very efficient and affordable

Eddie stopped by on a Sunday to help repair my central heat as it had stopped working in the middle of the night. He gave a fair price and completed the work in a timely manner. Eddie is very knowledgeable and professional. He cut me a break since we live close to one another and didn’t charge me for emergency service as would most HVAC people would have.

Eddie came to our home late in the evening, which was within hours after getting the service request. We were headed for one of the hottest weekends of the year with temperatures expected to be near 100 degrees, and being a Friday evening, would have suffered through the heat. He was concerned about leaving us without AC over the weekend. We found him to be very personable, conscientious, very neat, and extremely reliable. He was respectful of our home and even removed his shoes before waling on the carpeting. Fortunately, he had the necessary parts in his truck and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. We thought our motor was burned out. This would have been a very costly repair. He quickly diagnosed it to be a bad capacitor, and the repair cost only a fraction of what we might have paid. I highly recommend him.

Eddie was a lifesaver. Our central air stopped working and I called three other HVAC companies that were recommended to me - all of them had a wait list of several weeks and it was 95 degrees out. Eddie came to our house the same day we called, figured out what we needed, picked it up and came the next morning to make the repairs. He was also very fair when it came to costs, I'm sure we would have paid more with any other company, even with a three week wait. I highly recommend his services.

Eddie was excellent, super professional, responded in a very timely manner and very reasonably priced. Educated me along the repair process and had some great recommendations for improvement in my maintenance schedule with some additions for equipment maintenance as well as how to do so without causing damage on the chiller/compressor. Finally, he also had some great ideas for efficiency improvements I might implement to prolong life of my system - shade for the chiller, washing my filter intermittently during the season versus a seasonal change (as I currently do), insulation wrap for my main duct and return register and finally safe cleaning of my chiller outside. My wife and I are working on a forever home and he even had some great ideas and recommendations for systems to be used mini-split vs traditional and if going the mini route how to best consider installation for long term maintenance along with pros of a Mitsubishi system for regular maintenance as well as condensation flow, and keeping unit “crud” build up lower. Eddie was a wealth of info and left here making me feel very comfortable over the service performed and it’s long term viability. I’d gladly call Eddie again if I ever need more maintenance but don’t expect it for sometime after this visit. :-)

Eddie was great and very professional. Fair price, I was previously quoted a lot more by other companies. Very honest with cost. Definitely would recommend. Repaired my motor to my furnace.

Eddie is very professional. He is also friendly, easy to deal with, and it is clear he takes pride in his work. He quickly came out to see what my air conditioning issues were, was responsive and flexible in scheduling an appointment for him to do the work, even did some additional cleaning of the unit for free after making the needed repairs, and has conducted a couple of quick follow-up visits to make sure everything was working as it should after the repairs. I’m a very satisfied customer, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends, or to call him again myself if different heating or AC issues arose.

Month back technician (eddie) and try to fix the issue in my HVAC could not do it and try to follow up with , would not answer the call. It is very unprofessional of them.
