I'm sorry about taking so long to respond about the great service from Sam Mechanical Services. About a year ago while on vacation in Thorton N.H. our taco valve went on the hot water heater. The local hardware store did not stock this valve & recommended looking for a plumbing supply house. I noticed the Sam Mechanical Service Van and thought I'd take a chance and ask for advise. I was pleasantly surprised when not only did I receive great advise the serviceman offered to help me out. Here I am away in another state and in the parking lot of a local hardware store getting great customer service! I cannot express my gratitude to
Rob for helping out a stranger in need with the correct valve and a friendly manner. I just wanted to recommend your company and let everyone know there is still good neighborly service, even if your away from home!

because I was not satisfied with the old one and now I have found one! The people and service are very professional, prices are very reasonable as well! If your looking for a new HVAC company give this one a shot, I just changed and I'm completely happy with the complete staff - inside and out. The technicians worked through rain, ice, mud for many hours but still had the most pleasant attitudes! Thank you very much!

Recently had an experience with one of their drivers on the highway. At around 7am to 7:15 on 93 south going to 293 south, one of their drivers was driving recklessly and putting other drivers in danger. He was tailgating and swerving in attempts to get ahead of other drivers, including myself. He would go to switch lanes and abruptly change his mind halfway through changing and swerve back into his original lane. He was cutting off drivers in the fast lane to avoid the merging traffic, causing those people in the fast lane to stomp on their brakes and others to swerve to avoid the braking cars. All that effort didn't even give him much advantage. All that danger for nothing, and all with their company's name plastered all over the vehicle. I have called and left emails with no response. And I have given them time and patience. There's simply no excuse for that kind of dangerous behavior. The license plate was 380 1839. Driver has a black or grey beard (was hard to tell). I wouldn't give a company my business knowing they recklessly put people in danger just driving there. In case the company sees this, yes some of this text is copied from my original email.
