We have a very old home with lots of add ons. We have had other companies come out to try to resolves some issues but they all came and left and then sent a bill. Pro HVAC came, figured out the problem, gave us a quote, and fixed it! It is hard to come by good work these days, they did a great job and held themselves accountable to fixing the problem!

We recently moved into our new home and within a month our furnace stopped running. After hours of phone calls and multiple rejections from other companies I was starting to feel defeated. As soon as I called Pro HVAC they were so helpful and willing to accommodate they're already busy schedule to come help me. I couldn't be more grateful. I wish I could remember the name of the young guy that helped me (Jeremy? Jeremiah?) He was so pleasant and efficient. In and out in no time. I know exactly whom we will be calling for AC services this summer. Thank you to all that helped me that day, it is truly appreciated.

They've gone above and beyond just replacing our boiler at an affordable rate. They've helped us keep warm after it failed and made a quick visit to drain the old boiler when it started leaking a few days before the replacement was scheduled.

These guys are great! I had a boiler emergency one morning, and Cameron was able to come over super quickly to fix the problem. He did a fantastic job and even answered all of my silly questions!

After enjoying the warmth of our new furnace, we started to lose heat and called PROHvac asking them to come and check out the system, as it wasn't running. In spite of it being close to the end of the day, snowing and cold, they came right over and found the problem was with the wire in our NEST thermostat not being properly connected, so not sending the message to the furnace to start up. All is well, we are warm again and very appreciative of the service we received.

Our old furnace died without giving notice, and we called ProHVAC to come and check it out in hopes it was a minor item needing fixing. Sadly, it wasn't worth fixing so we were faced with replacing it. ProHVAC couldn't have been more professional, speedy and friendly and the job they did was timely and perfectly done. They left the job site extremely clean with a running furnace, giving us heat after 3 very cold days!

The team came to our home to provide an estimate and ideas for placing four ductless units. They were professional and very knowledgeable. They provided honest opinions and options. We were very please. Now we’re looking forward to the installation.

I called the office and told them of my problem. Sharon told me there was a tech close to my location on another job and when he was done I would be his next call. Guess what I was! In less then 15 minutes Will was in my driveway. What's the problem he said with a big smile. Minutes later he was done and I was back to normal. I can not say enough about this company and employees. Keep up the good work Jeremiah.What you do is very very hard to find today.

We contacted this company for a complete HVAC replacement. Jeremiah arrived as promised, looked the job over and said that he'd have to coordinate with the duct work folks. I thought great, a contractor who actually shows up and seems enthusiastic about the project! Well, he never got back to us and never returned any calls. A call to their office was answered with "we don't have you in our system". After some prompting the woman answering the phone said "Jeremiah will call you in a few minutes". We're still waiting for that call.

If a contractor is too busy, the job is out of their expertise, or they just don't want to do it, say so, don't just disappear!
