We called Pro HVAC in the process of getting estimates for a new heat pump system. They scheduled it quickly, and Mike M. came out within the week to gather details, and the estimate was competitive. It arrived in 10 or so days and it was detailed and clear. I recommend giving them a call.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company! We’ve had issues with our AC freezing for 2 years. We’ve had multiple companies come and tell us nothing was wrong with our AC and to change the filter. Well finally we found someone who figured out and fixed the problem!! Not only that, but our AC froze a couple weeks after our baby arrived and it was 90+ degrees outside. Our house was SO hot, which is not good for a newborn. Before I called these guys, companies were telling me they were booked out for weeks. Well these guys came the same day! It was still frozen so they couldn’t fix it but came back the next day. They were so nice and informative. We will only use them moving forward!

I wanted to say that what you did for my 83y.o. father when he lost both his furnace that you replaced and his pellet stove on the same day. The company that delivers his propane was not able too service his furnace and honestly I am thankful because they have been nothing but frustrating to deal with. They referred us to your company and within a couple of hours you sent a young man that was extremely professional. It was him and how he handled himself and his honesty that made me feel comfortable that you’re company would treat my father properly. The install was quick,professional and very neat. And I feel good that if we need service in the future it won’t be as frustrating as it has been with the company that had been servicing the old equipment.

My heat went out Tuesday night and I had my brand new furnace installed by Thursday noonish. Everyone from Sue who answered the phone, to Frank who came out to assess the problem - burnt out motor to Mike and the other guy who I didn't catch his name and then Steve who helped me get them paid were very professional, on-time and friendly. I highly recommend them.

We are SO thankful for Pro HVAC today. We woke up this morning to no heat at all, which is not good during a New Hampshire winter. After calling our normal heating company and them telling us they can’t come out for another 12 hours, we started reaching out to other companies. DF Richard referred us here and thank god they did. Frank came out within just a couple hours and he was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing, was very kind and professional, and most importantly fixed our heating so we can be warm again. While fixing the heat he also found another issue with our system and fixed that while he was here. We are so thankful Frank came out to help us and we will 100% be sticking with Pro HVAC from now on.

The whole team at Pro HVAC is amazing. From initial estimate through install and everything in between, they were helpful, knowledgeable, respectful, and hard working. They went above and beyond with our mini split install battling both icy conditions and freezing temperatures. Excellent quality, good pricing, and an awesome team. Highly recommend!

Pro HVAC was recommended by our oil company when we needed a complete boiler and tank replacement. Jim came out and provided 2 options. He was super professional and friendly. The installation was amazing. New boiler was installed the same day the old one was removed,so no overnight downtime. Day 2 they replaced our old tank and removed and disposed the old tank and boiler. Very prompt and very neat and professional. We were beyond impressed !!

My recent experience with Pro HVAC was exemplary. The technician was courteous, arrived promptly at the scheduled time, demonstrated a detailed working knowledge of my aging heating system, and executed thorough cleaning and testing processes. Recommendations were given throughout: I was shown the parts which needed replacing, and I was given a chance to accept the updates after listening to his rationale. (I accepted them all.) When asked, he related his own experiences with systems of similar type and age with enthusiasm, and set realistic expectations concerning its remaining life which I felt were honest and well-reasoned. I will certainly be looking to Pro HVAC for my future heating needs.

ProHVAC is the 4th company we've had come work on our old steam heat system. From the first consult to the last part of the job, the work was exceptional. No one else was able to get our system working quietly and efficiently, but ProHVAC did exactly that. I am grateful and pleased and would recommend them in a heartbeat.
